We loved our stay at the Embassy Suites! It’s beautiful and clean, and the breakfast is incredible. One thing to improve on: there’s a required destination fee that includes a cocktail reception and a coupon for food at the poolside bar. This is NOT made clear at check in and it’s fine print on a little paper you are given. The staff could have told us details about where to for this - in the hotel (which floor to go to). We were there for two nights and not able to go, because we weren’t told about this until we found out details later. Other than that, a fabulous place to be. The hotel is close to Broadway street and we could walk or take a taxi to everywhere we wanted to go. We would DEFINITELY go to Embassy Suites again!!!!

Loved this hotel’s room layout, cleanliness, breakfast and location. Enjoyed sitting on rooftop in evening. Staff and guests all seemed friendly. Would give hotel perfect rating if it weren’t for the 1st floor’s restaurant manager. Was dissatisfied with the restaurant’s manager who was rude and dismissive when approached with a complaint on one of his staff. He was unprofessional and lacked basic customer service skills. Due to above encounter, unsure if i would stay here again as there aren’t enough restaurants to avoid this one.

Tried to use the stairs and got locked in the stairwell and mine and my friend across the hall both got locked out of our rooms cause the batteries on the locks didn’t work.. Not really happy . Customer service was horrible. From check in to check out. Room reservations were not kept even though checked in on time. No parking available. Hotel is filled with conventions so does not need to rely on customer service for it's tourist. There are much better options in the area. Marriott across the street was much better
