The Grand Hyatt was the perfect place to escape Broadway and relax in the lobby bar. The staff were amazing, and the hotel was a great place to stay.

Very nice hotel. Great staff. There is a very sketchy McDonalds just over the bridge. Do not go there. Easy walk to Bridgestone Arena.

This property was great! We were Club Member access and it was great! The snacks and happy hour drinks were fun and the staff was fantastic. Edward and JD were so fun to talk to and had wonderful service. Will return!

Great King bed corner suite, Beautiful lobby and friendly, helpful service. The only thing that took us by surprise was the $60 per night valet fee for our rental car. I wish we would have known about that extra charge upfront.

The staff was really nice. The only thing I didn’t like was when we picking up our vehicle from valet on a busy morning it took them 50mins to get our vehicle. They lied saying it took us too long to get our car from them but I was outside the whole time and they never brought it up. And it was cars sitting out there for 20mins or more that they never moved waiting on pickup. Outside of that this hotel was great!!!
