This place is awful, super sketchy neighborhood you won’t feel safe staying here. I Had to spend money to leave and find a new hotel. Spend the extra money staying somewhere else.

When I arrived, there was no electricity or power. I sat in my car for an hour and a half trying to figure out what to do – the lobby doors were locked, and it was dark. I booked on line, and there was no notification that the power had been out for 24 hours it let me book a room. When power came back, the lobby doors finally opened and I was able to check in, however the first room I was assigned, was not clean when I got there. It had somebody else else’s belongings in it and the bed was all messed up and there was trash everywhere and somebody else’s food in the fridge. I went back to the lobby and they apologized - the power shortage shut the tracking software down so they weren’t sure which rooms have been cleaned or not, they were kind of guessing. They assigned me another room , however, when I got to the new room, the key wouldn’t work. So I went back to the lobby for the third time, The third was a charm! The key worked and I got into the room, which was large and roomie, with the refrigerator and microwave and nice TV. I was so happy. Unfortunately, the heater didn’t work and the room never warmed up- it was about 12° outside- FREEZING- and I called the office to request extra blankets at least six times, and they never arrived. I slept in three layers of clothes with a hooded parka fleece jacket on, mittens and socks, and ear muffs- It was a very uncomfortable night. But I felt grateful to have a bed to sleep in at that point.

I called ahead to check if pet friendly, then i made reservation. When i got there, there was a note on the door telling me due to inclement weather they were moving residents to the clubhouse because they didn’t have power. That was the reason i was renting a hotel because our power was out at home. I wasn’t about to huddle up in a clubhouse with people i didn’t even know with my family. There was no one in the office to speak to either. Would not recommend this place to anyone!

The staff was nice. My room didn’t have any blankets. Outside was sketch. Room itself was clean. Outside smelled like weed. One big thing is I paid online and then I was charge at the hotel.

We got put into a room on the third floor, it was disgusting. The toilet and bathroom floor were covered. I went to the front desk and they offered me another room and also mentioned that staff keeps putting people into dirty rooms??? Then we got moved to a second room on the first floor and there was black mold in the shower and the sheets weren’t the cleanest either. To be honest don’t stay here, the area isn’t the safest and the room isn’t cleanly either.

I don’t like to write negative reviews but really felt like I had to warn others. After our flights were delayed we were now landing at midnight. We call the motel to make sure we would still be able to check in after midnight and we’re assured that wouldn’t be a problem, just call the number on the door and someone would come help us. So fast forward to 12:30am when we finally arrive. It’s dark and nobody is there. We call the number a few times and finally someone answers. A lady pulls up in a car carrying a small dog smelling of weed, we don’t care we just want our room key to get some sleep. She clicks a few buttons and then tells us she can’t help us that she doesn’t see our name and that the reservation probably canceled or was a no show since it was after midnight. We told her that we had called earlier in the day when our flights were delayed and we were assured it would be fine coming after midnight. She said sorry can’t help you, call me back if you get something figured out. Then locked the door and got back in her car and drove away. So we were left to drive around and find another place to sleep at 1am. Definitely one of the absolute worst customer service experience I’ve had.
