The undisclosed parking charge is an eye-opener!

It was a place to sleep and shower. The location is great, and the price was "okay." It would have been nice if they posted the 'absolutely ridiculous price for parking!' We could have stayed at a hotel we preferred more for cheaper if the Hyatt Place had been transparent about their parking charge! So, Placemakr Premier SoBro will be our go to from now on.

Great location. Cool room, suite. Nice little bar downstairs. Front desk toom the time to make a list of honky tonks that our underage son could get in. Valet took FOREVER at arrival and departur. Valet wad wildly understaffed. Many of us waiting and most annoyed during weekend check in.

Very happy with our mid week two day stay at this property. The location was great, rates perfect. Great service at the little bar area, food reasonably priced (rare in Nash). It would be better if rooms had a pull out mirror on wall. The vanity is very long. Also the barn doors for the bathrooms are difficult to work at night. I feel the barn door trend is done. Would stay there again in a second. Nice work Hyatt.

We stayed 2 nights for a quick girls trip in Nashville to experience downtown Broadway. Appreciated the valet parking, breakfast options, size n cleanliness of our room, the staff were welcoming n helpful and conveniently close walk to everything on Broadway. We will be back!

I only have 4 stars but wish i could've given 5. I didnt though because the charge for parking is absolutely outrageous on top of the price foe the room per night. If I'm already paying to stay athl the hotel, then parking should be free. Also, there shoild be microwaves in the rooms. Very inconvenient.
