It was really nice. The inside staff were very friendly and helpful. The valet who checked us in was very nice too. The valet who checked us out was rude. But overall I recommend this hotel, and will probably stay there again next time I am in Nashville.

Staff was nice, room was clean! Easy express checkout in the morning. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because express checkout says to leave a voicemail with your info and leave your room keys in the room and you’re all set. What they don’t tell you is that you can’t leave the parking garage without the key that they told you to leave in the room….. thankful a stranger let us out.
