Love this hotel

Excellent! One minor problem - our keys kept being deactivated for some reaso Had to go to the front desk 4 times for new keys and we only stayed for 2 nights. Instead of just making another key, One of the people at the desk questioned why I didn’t have my original key - “well how did you get in your room earlier “ - because my husband’s key worked earlier, but not when we got in the elevator.

Poor welcome in fact no welcome, no information provided about Hotel at reception or in the room. No shade in pool area and lack of staff or service.. The housekeeping staff were lovely. The bar staff were great. No kettle in room.
