The wood flooring around the chairs at the pool area becomes extremely hot and very slippery when wet. I had a terrible fall at this pool (I mean SEVERE injuries) and the hotel didn’t do anything about it. The pool staff was phenomenal and comforting. But the management never even offered to comp our stay or offer us to come back on them. I fell August 29th and it’s sept 27th today and I’m still in extreme pain. I’m not the only person who has fallen at this pool. Everyone there that day was also commenting how slippery it was. Very poor customer service when it comes to compensating a guest who spent over $3000 on a 4 night stay. Very disappointing 👎

I’m sure you can “imagine” how absolutely brutal my landing was……

My only gripe is that I had requested a room with 1 king bed but got a room with 2 queen beds instead. The room was big and had a great view. There were a few scratches on the doors, and the AC was noisy. Location is perfect- attached to the Country Music Hall of Fame and 2 blocks from Broadway The lobby bar and Kitchen restaurant were very good. Staff was friendly and helpful.
