The room did feel neglected i mention about the tub being broke with a slow drain. It filled up with water to my knees taking a shower in knee deep dirty water! No soap /body wash in shower instead was lotion nobody corrected fixed or said they apologized. My incidental fee of $100 was partially refunded without explanation im going to never recommend staying here ever again to all my clients and colleagues and your customer service was very unacceptable and poor! No excuse hold yourselves accountable!

The AC didn’t work and the mini fridge didn’t work. The shower drain was clogged up. So I had to take a 2 minute shower. Breakfast was a joke. I was very disappointed at this hotel.
