This place was in the perfect spot near everything. The building is quiet (people were quiet, planes are not), clean, and the staff is AMAZING!!!!! Keeathi works at the front desk and every time we would pass by she would greet us with the biggest beautiful and genuine smile. She was always available to assist however she could. It was another young lady but she was not that friendly. Sid also worked at the desk and he was also very nice and extremely helpful. He made sure I was satisfied and went far and beyond to help me with anything that I needed. They definitely set themselves apart from the rest. The hotel had a few minor things that could be improved such as the let out couch but for the most part we were extremely pleased.

The room was way better than I expected. Breakfast was good with my only complaint being there was no syrup for the waffles and the griddle for them had some charcoal on it that discolored my first waffle.

The bed was comfortable enough and the room nice. Clean too. My only complaint was the deodorizer/ air freshener was so strong it made my eyes water. After 2 nights it seemed embedded in everything I owned. Was a shame because it was actually a nice place. But I wonder , maybe the perfume smell was meant to hide something?

The whole property needs to be updated, bathrooms falling apart, carpet in the rooms was dirty and the rooms smelled musty. Tried to go to the pool and it was very cloudy with clumps of hair, could not use.

The bed was comfortable but when entering the room, you see a disgusting, battered desk chair. The same could be seen in the lobby. For goodness sake, throw those things away. This hotel could be updated.

Great price but smells musty

Price was excellent, employees were very nice, room was large and our bed was comfortable. However, the carpet in our room was old, dirty and smelly and the bottom of the tub and grout was moldy/mildewy. Downstairs smelled like the chlorine from the pool which can’t be helped but also mildewy. The hallways smelled musty and the carpets were dirty.

The hotel was clean. It was great they provide shampoo/conditioner. Nice breakfast bar. I would say the $50 damage policy should be more clear on website! We got stuck in Nashville do to my granddaughter being admitted to hospital. We were not prepared for the stay so we didnt have the extra money but we managed. Overall the stay was good. Thank you

Our experience did not match the high-rating reviews that led me to book this room. There were several big stains on the carpet all throughout the common areas and in our room. The furniture in our room and in the lobby was so worn. When plugging in a cell phone charger, an orange spark came from the outlet. Our toilet leaked from the handle when flushed and made a terrible whistling noise. The a/c made a rattling noise during the night. The shower's water temperature never got hot enough. The walls and headboards appeared to have splatters on them. Also, the WiFi hardly worked. The positives of it all included ample space. And the bed was very comfortable. Also, even being right to the airport, we didn't hear any noise. Upon checking out, the receptionist avoided eye contact, even though we passed one another a few times. It wasn't till I actually checked out did she acknowledge me. I would not recommend this place.
