We were not informed, on Expedia nor the hotel’s website, that construction would be taking place in the hotel (especially in the room next to/above ours). We heard hammering and drilling as early as 7:00am, and into the late evening/night, wherein we needed to rest but could not do so. We have stayed here several times and have had great experiences, but are very disappointed in our experience during this stay.

I realize that my stay was during a difficult time for Nashville, but the staff was so unprofessional, my children were scared. I had to leave the hotel and go to another one in the middle of the ice storm. It was awful. We were down in the lobby and the employees were raising their voices arguing about having to stay there and work and they were joking about possible looting the city. Aside from that, our window was leaking so bad, water was covering the window sill, heater and dripping on the carpet. I would like to say though that our shuttle service was the best I've ever received.

We had a lovely overnight at this Hampton Inn. The room was clean, nicely appointed, and inviting. The bed was comfortable. The bathrooms were modern, like new, and clean. This is the second time we’ve stayed here, and I think this is a quiet gem near the Nashville airport.
