It’s suppose to be a smoke free environment could smell cigarettes and cannabis soon as I stepped out of the lift. Terrible night sleep as I could smell cigarette smoke in the room. Left the hotel very early because I was wheezing I have severe asthma. Told the person at reception they weren’t really interested.

Starting with the good points. The hotel is modern, clean and very convenient for the O2 arena. The view from the 16th floor was amazing too. The downside is that our room had no air conditioning which made it too warm, which meant opening the windows. However, the property is right next to the Docklands Light Railway, which runs for about 19 hours per day and is very noisy. Even with the windows closed, the noise prevented us from getting much sleep. Unfortunately, I can't recommend this property.

Found the images on the website very misleading. Our room was very small with a tiny toilet/shower room. As a 4* hotel I expected more luxury. Our window was overlooked by flats and the staff were not especially helpful.

The price is great considering how good the hotel is. Lots of things to do like work, gym and swimming. One issue is that I was unsure about how to keep the window open. But that’s not necessarily the hotel’s problem and it didn’t really affect the stay.
