Staff were great! Pool area v nice given it’s a small space - well maintained. The only negative, knowing we were not booking on the water, was that getting the bracelets from Atlantis to access the beach could have been alot more convenient. Also guests should note while it looks like a quick walk to the public beach, there is no direct route between the hotel & the beach.

Convenient, met our needs without breaking the bank! Breakfast included which is a plus!! Comfortable and also provided hospitality suite for check out so we could relax by the pool until we had to head to airport.

very close to Atlantis, great to have breakfast included as Atlantis breakfast is very expensive. Bathrooms are dated, but rooms are a good size. Comfortable stay. Staff is super kind and helpful.

Great Hotel with impressive amenities! I would confirm it's the Best Comfort Suites we have been to. Staffs were excellent and friendly especially Gerard who made us feel welcomed the first night we were there. Sonia checked us is with a great introduction and friendly smile. Shillian showed us how to get to Atlantis waterpark and gave us some tips to buy water at the market right next door. Bronson, Embria, Crystal, and Juliet were all so friendly and helpful! We would recommend any tourist to this hotel for comfortable stay and fine dining. Not to mention when you stay here you get to enter Atlantis waterpark for free! Breakfast were free and great variety of food and fruits.

Property was a convenient location to Atlantis and having access to the resort was awesome. The market and stores across the street were very convenient. Staff was amazing. The rooms could use some updating, but the bed was comfortable. Pool and bar area were nice. Continental breakfast was ok.

Convenient location close to the Atlantis. Clean. Safe area with some shops/restaurants around. Breakfast was good with good options for kids as well. Limited space in bedroom for a family of 4 with luggages. Some noise in hallway (we were accross from the door leading to the stairs to get to the restaurant-pool) Overall, good for the price, especially included access to aquaventure park. Kids really enjoyed it.

I stay at the Comfort Suites a couple of times a year - recent remodel refreshed the place nicely. Staff are great, price is affordable for Paradise Island, and love having privileges to use the Atlantis property. Oh, and daily breakfast is included too.

The hotel staff was amazing at Comfort Suites. The staff at Atlantis helping with the passes were all rude. Comfort Suites should train them.
