I loved the loction of the hotel. The private beach access was awesome. The staff was always helpful and kind. The only thing I will complain about is the room we stayed in was very humid, mattress and pillows were horrible, the buffet was mediocre. Loved the beach though.

This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had! Room wasn’t cleaned every day! Ran out of toilet paper on 3 different occasions! Refused to provide bottled water to our room several days in a row! Didn’t restock the room refrigerator!! No door latch on door out to our deck! Had to use a chair to hold it closed! Restaurants were far below average with very slim options! Uneaten food left around the pool area! Terrible experience!! Honestly should be a refund for the complete waste of money!!

We enjoyed our time and stay. The staff were attentive and nice. The hotel itself is very rundown. We enjoyed breakfast at the buffet the most but the restaurants weren’t bad. We spent the majority of our time laying at the beach and not at the pools. Chairs and umbrellas were easy to access and available for use.

The room amenities really old and nothing good condition metals around the lamps are rusty the air system is so dirty The room is so wet When the AC is not even on. A lot of stuff to be done in the rooms

The service was amazing the entire time. Food was great and so many options. We missed dinner one night and the lady at the feont desk got us a reservation for the steakhouse for the next night which was in high demand. The transportation was great too and very readily available all the time. Clean place, drinks good and close to downtown. Definitely would go again and stay longer

My husband and I just stayed at this resort for 10 days. It was absolutely amazing. All of the staff was extremely nice and friendly. We also got married, and Angela (the wedding coordinator) was amazing! She took care of absolutely everything and made sure our special day ran smoothly. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Highly recommend!

The food wasn’t good fruit flies every where, if you want to eat after the buffet closes (10:00pm) then you have to order from “room service menu” aka sandwiches and the worst nachos you’ve ever seen… for spending $10,000 for 2 people it was quite disappointing. There’s only one bar inside that’s opened 24-7. Outside there’s also only one that’s only open during the day. All the restaurants we ate at food was like a 4 out of 10 which was really disappointing. A lot of people we met said the food was sad and the other RIU hotels were much better and for being in the Bahamas I expected so much more. The staff on the other hand were probably the only reason the trip was so good everyone was very nice and extra accommodating. The resort was more of a hotel with a few bad restaurants and a pool unfortunately.

The resort was nice. The food was good. The A/C in our first room was not working and they did put us in a room that the A/C worked. The rooms were really humid but the rest of the hotel was not. The staff was very nice and we had a good time. I would go back to Nassau but probably stay somewhere else. It wasn't horrible but it wasn't the best.
