Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
staff was very rude and they could care less about you being there they closed the main pool and then closed a main entrance to the hotel which should have been done during off hours (at night) i am not and will not ever go to a sandals company again . we wanted dessert one niight went into a restrauunt and was given the most weirest look and the lady at the desk just walked away from us really??
this was our first time at a sandals and never again. Breakfast was all the same every day!!!t at all restraunts
we are on vacation would have been nice to have different items on the bar. we loved the weather there but the holel was old looking and carpet was disgusting,i really hope they get it together and offer a better vacation spot but i dont see it
everytime we asked a question we were a bother to that person this is just not right to the people there on vacation
there was no communtion of things going on during the day. we had to ask about dinners.... the day of departure things like that just should be communicated to the people there ,,,, really messed up some how
i would love to give a raving review but i just cant .!!!!!
