The property itself is beautiful! The beaches are clean and plenty of room for all. The food is nothing short of horrid! The selections seem good, but it was a huge disappointment and painful. They use MSG on everything and if you have a sensitivity to it you'll spend your vacation in agony. My son and I figured out pretty quick that something wasn't right and upon asking before meals we found few that we could actually eat without reprocussions. We ate with trepidation not knowing if we'd be sick or not. Such a letdown.

Our family loved staying at the Reef. Grocery shopping and off-property dining were easily accessible. Kitchenette made dining in the room super easy. We were able to boil eggs, microwave popcorn, keep leftovers in the fridge, etc. The bathroom was very spacious. Housekeeping was super responsive. Free laundry on the second level. And the view just can’t be beat. The only thing that seemed off was that the closet was really, really warm. It did help with drying our wet clothes though. Overall we would definitely stay here again. We loved it so much we didn’t want to leave.

Stayed in a 2 bedroom terrace suite. We had a full kitchen which was good, we had our taxi driver stop at super value where we bought food to stock the refrig. The pool and beach area were my favorite. Very quiet and not crowded. We were still able to walk to the water park and we rode the shuttle to the marina village and other parts of Atlantis. Great trip!!!

Great vacation, the facility, room services and the beach were awesome. I have many comments on the transportation inside the facility and the transportation they offered to and from airport. Most of the drivers were rude and driving recklessly and have no respect to time.

In the shop at dolphin cay a staff member yielded to me saying that I could not take pictures of the photos, I was not I had my phone out because I was waiting for a call. The hotel was beautiful and we have a good time, but I think that for been a beautiful resort the should be more economic with the foods , for example the poseidon buffet $75 pp x 2 was $150 , another example room servive we order only breakfast two times again over price hashbrowns like a rock, breakfast cold, waffles without syrup$60 to 70 $ charge to our room...with the amount of guest the you get daily if I least you add the continental breakfast that will be a plus.......this is an idea to improve your service....also you have beautiful personal but if some of then that they need to improve their attitude around the aqua park.....thank you

Our family of four enjoyed a five-day stay at the resort, despite an initial room assignment error that was swiftly and professionally resolved with a complimentary $100 credit. The accommodations were clean and well-equipped, and housekeeping services were consistently excellent. The resort itself is beautiful, offering a wide array of activities, including multiple pools, a beach, water slides, an aquarium, a lazy river, and a cenote, all of which we were able to experience. However, while the resort's amenities were exceptional, the overall guest service experience was inconsistent. Many staff members exhibited a lack of engagement, often appearing unapproachable and even unfriendly. One particularly negative interaction involved a staff member at the shaved ice station who displayed unprofessional behavior, including ignoring my requests and exhibiting visible displeasure. This experience detracted from the overall enjoyment of our vacation. It is my assessment that some staff members may lack adequate training or motivation, which is a matter requiring management attention. Furthermore, a 15% gratuity is added to all purchases. Otherwise, the hotel was excellent; the beach was beautiful, and the slides were enjoyable. We had a wonderful time.
