Atlantis is overall a beautiful resort. So much to do and it is so clean. I was amazed on how clean this whole resort is, the pools and the beaches are amazing. The staff everywhere is friendly and definitely feel safe because security is everywhere and they will stop and ask you to see your room key or wrist band to make sure you are not some random stranger entering their property. The reef property was fun and more family friendly. We loved our stay there and will definitely be coming back in the near future!

The resort was great! The beaches were much better than anticipated. Best resort beaches I’ve been to. Super confusing and tiring figuring out where to go and how to get there. Casual food options are very limited and inconveniently located throughout the resort. Majority of the employees didn’t seem happy to be there and offered zero support in customer outreach. Many of them were very helpful and fun to talk with but the majority was not. Fine dining experience was a bust especially for the money. The food overall was actually really good though. Just lacking with service and personal touch. Certainly can tell the place is owned by a corporation.

Atlantis Resort is like no other. It was an amazing experience. The Reef is definitely ideal for families and gives you access to the entire resort. It is an incredible family resort with so many different things to do on property. Staying mainly at the resort was the type of trip we were looking for this year and the Reef did not disappoint. There were so many things to do we spent our week exploring the resort and enjoying the amenities. We plan to go back in a couple of years. We have memories at the resort that will last a lifetime and I can’t wait to return.

Our family had a great time at Atlantis staying at the Reef. We got two rooms for the four of us and the beds were comfortable. We also made use of the pull out couch and after we put the couch cushions under the mattress it was very comfortable. Pools and beaches were excellent. Staff were wonderful. We did a bit of snorkeling and found a good amount of fish and turtles from both the Paradise and Cove beaches. We also enjoyed the water park. Dining and drink options were plentiful, but all were very expensive. Although the portion sizes at Carmines made up for the costs and we were lucky to have a refrigerator to take some back with us. Going just off premises was less expensive. The buses around the resort were very convenient and we didn't need outside transportation. We took a half day trip to the Blue Lagoon and it was right across the street from one of the stops on the shuttle. We did have a couple issues with the water going out for a little while one day and on the last morning before check out the hot water ran out which is why we gave less than full stars. Overall though it was a wonderful family trip and we would do it again. Thank you

Overall the hotel and atmosphere is fantastic. The Reef provided the escape from the crowd with a great beach which was just what we were looking for. Moreover we enjoyed that it still provided access to all the amenities that Atlantis provides. This was a return trip for the wife and I (23 years ago it was our honeymoon destination!) but this time we brought the kids,16 and 18. We were pleased that the staff and experience was met with a reception and the hospitality we remembered back then..the staff is first class. The gardens were immaculate and the water park and marine life were everything we expected. The only things I would like to see improved were the beds… hard as a brick and lacking the luxury that is prevalent at every other corner of the institution. So much so I wondered if the Cove would have been a better pick or if the Royal had downgraded to the same level. Lastly, I thought the newsletter that they provided at the desk was lacking to understand what and when activities were going on or how to engage with them. That being said, we did enjoy our time and all that Atlantis had to offer.
