O flat é espaçoso e confortável. Os funcionários são simpáticos e maravilhosos. O flat fica perto de restaurantes, padaria e da avenida Roberto Freire cheia de hotéis e restaurante, feirinha de artesanato. Da pra fazer tudo a pé. Pontos negativos: café da manhã é fraco, mas existe a Doce Portugal, padaria maravilhosa com café da manhã, a cinco minutos de caminhada.

Há muitos anos que nossa família vai à Natal, e todos os hotéis têm sido maravilhosas, inclusive já ficamos hospedados no blue marlin. Infelizmente nossa última experiência foi horrível. O hotel precisa urgente de uma redorma. Lixo por todo lugar. Chegamos na sexta e nosso quarto só foi limpo no domingo a tarde pq pedimos 2x. Faltou até papel higiênico. O café da manhã foi muito ruim. Além de ter pouquíssimas opções os produtos estavam nitidamente velhos. A piscina também não passou por uma limpeza adequada. Percebi falta de funcionários. Não voltaremos e não recomendo.

A localização é boa, o flat é bom, duas noites foram bem barulhentas, alguma máquina ligada onde fazia um barulho horrível. O café da manhã horrível, melhor fechar a estadia sem café. Um dos dias fui tomar café às 09:00 e não tinha nada para comer, apenas café e o leite, o que me falaram foi que teve muita gente hospedada, e acabou tudo. Do flat as condições estavam boas, cama boa, chuveiro bom.

CAFÉ DA MANHÃ PRECISA MELHORAR

O check-in foi rápido e o quarto era espaçoso. No entanto, o estacionamento interno, onde deixamos o carro é bem pequeno e fica sempre aberto. O que não é muito seguro. Além disso, o café da manhã precisa melhorar, pois tinha poucas opções de alimentos, Além disso, a maioria das mesas estavam sujas, porque alguns hóspedes já tinham utilizado e não foram limpas. Isso ocorreu porque observamos que só havia uma garçonete atendendo as mesas e responsável pela organização do buffet.

Ótimo hotel

Gostei bastante, ambiente muito agradável, uma vista maravilhosa durante o cafe da manha de frente para a praia. Foi meu aniversário e tive um fds maravilhoso muito bem aproveitado. Vi alguns comentários negativos antes de ir para o hotel e confesso que estava com receio, porém superei todas as minhas expectativas, o cafe da manha é muito bom, creio que os comentarios negativos eram de pessoas muito exigentes, mas para o meu gosto estava tudo muito bom, a limpeza achei ótima, quarto limpinho, nao havia mal cheiro e nem os lençóis amarelados como vi em alguns comentários, atendimento dos recepcionistas excelente, muito atenciosos, em especial gostaria de parabenizar o colaborador Pedro, ele foi sensacional. E para nao dizer que foi tudo perfeito a unica situação chata, foi o controle do ar condicionado que nao estava funcionando, porem passei a questao para o colaborador e o mesmo disse que iria um tecnico no dia seguinte para verificar, porem ja seria o meu check out, entao nao me importei.

O Blue Marlin se apresenta por fora nas fotos que parece ser um belo hotel mas engana muito. O colchão de casal está muito surrado. As roupas de cama e toalhas todas muito velhas e amareladas. Não tem secador de cabelos. O café da manhã muito fraco sem graça, repetitivo sem nenhuma novidade. Não tem pão de queijo, achocolatado, Não tem Tapioca, Não tem ovos mexidos. Não tem variedade de sucos. Frutas: só mamão. Só tem presunto, queijo mussarela e salsichas. Algumas bolachas de pão de mel. A cozinheira muito desatenta esperava acabar o leite, café, queijo etc. E só recolocava depois que o hóspede reclamava. Não gostei. A vantagem é que fica bem perto da praia e o Wi-Fi funciona. Nao recomendo.

Hotel bom porém café da manhã péssimo

O hotel é antigo, mas conservado. O quarto tinha vista para o mar com sacada. Uma mini cozinha com sala de estar. O quarto era bom sim, cama aconchegante e bons lençóis e edredon. Os móveis são de madeira pura, então puxa um pouco o cheiro de maresia. Sugiro ao hotel deixar os quartos vazios mais abertos para melhor ventilação. No quarto também sugiro trocar o ar condicionado por uma potencia maior, pois o quarto é bem grande e em dias muitos quentes não dá conta. A limpeza é boa! O que deixa a desejar é o café da manhã, pouquissímas opções e achei o ambiente um pouco sujo e mal cuidado, abandonado. É uma pena, pois o hotel é bom sim, localização boa. praticamente pé na areia. O estacionamento tem poucas vagas, porém não tive problemas pois fui numa época de baixíssima temporada.
