This was my 4th time returning to Cocolapalm. The grounds, pool, restaurant, bar, rooms are always kept up daily. The staff around the hotel are always busy working to keep it up! The security guard at the beach is great! Shout out to Notaya in the restaurant! She aims to please! Like their motto says, “keep coming back for more”. I will be back! Soon come, one love!

Book an ocean view room there was no ocean in sight trees, when I complained about it front desk says I booked through a third party and next time I should call the hotel reservation. Which I think is totally unfair because the hotel was aware of my reservation and what I booked.
