Hotellin kattoterassi oli loistava kuumailmapallojen katselupaikka. Aamupala oli tyypillinen turkkilainen, monipuolinen, mutta aina samanlainen. Kehitettävää olisi ollut keittiön ja baarin henkilöstön asiakaspalveluhenkisyydessä. Asiat kyllä hoituivat, kunhan asiakas muisti pyytää palvelua. Los desayunos han sido muy ricos, especialmente cuando Hanife ha estado a cargo de ellos; Doga Altuntas, en la recepción, nos dedicó generosamente tiempo y nos informó para encontrar autobuses, horarios y destinos maravillosos fuera de los tures organizados. Ambas personas han hecho nuestra estancia en este hotel muy agradable. Algo a mejorar: la limpieza de la habitación. En 5 días nadie vino a limpiar.
