The staff was not helpful i had crying kids in the car it was late i took out money for the deposit for a cash deposit but i needed a deposit from a card i was tried my kids all of us they where not helpful asking where bmo was at late at nite to try yo deposit 250 in 2 hrs later i come back crying my room was alreadt paid for just needed a depsoit i started crying when they said they cant help me because that ment i threw away almost 300 on a room because they cant takw cashfor my deposit it was horrible finally they took us in close ti midnight when my kids were tired and i told them they did not eat supper becase we were driving andi really didnt want togohome because that was our only option and i begged the staff please dont make me drive all the way home im tired

Friendly staff, the waiter at breakfast let us know about going to Peggy's Cove at night to see the stars and possible Northern lights. <3 room was great! spacious, had a kitchenette with dishes, microwave, hot plate, a mini fridge, even some pots and pans.. very well kept and stocked.

The staff were friendly and responsive. However, none of the soap dispensers in the female lobby washroom contained soap, there appeared to be some sort of animal fecal matter near the ice dispenser on the second floor, and the food at the restaurant was quite poor and yet very expensive.
