The bathroom sink was clogged, the water took a long time to drain. There were pieces of hair on the bed and pillows. Vending machine on our floor didn't accept a $5 bill. Breakfast could use a little more variety, specially in fruits.

Staff was disengaged, more interested in her conversation with the male non-guest then checking us in. There were no blankets or pillows for the hide a bed, but the mattress - if you call it that - was so old all it was coils and a bit of material. The fridge froze the food.
