Price does not justify the hassle

Average cleanliness and staff was nice enough. However, renovations go late and are loud and the lobby is a mess. No fridge or microwave in rooms. Tv repeatedly froze before resuming working. All night long noise of music/cars/bikes causing disturbance of sleep into the early am. Elevator broke and key cards stopped working multiple times. Dog friendly for $25 extra per night per pet but they dont have anything set up for them, just the grass next to the parking lot. One perk is the 15 minute walk to the little Italy neighborhood with the famous pizza but route covered in trash/glass. Have always stayed in budget motels/hotels with expectations to match but this was one of the worst experiences. Would not recommend or return.

The room was falling apart, the curtains didnt fully close, patching on the bathroom ceiling, faucet in bathroom not working and splatters everywhere. Worst tons of construction happening, elevators not working. I always aim to book at the quinta due to affordability and service but i was super disappointed this time. I don't know if this experience will allow me to book a room with this hotel chain again. I hope they can compensate the terrible experience i had in some way to show they actually value the client experience.

The first night someone was playing loud music, the elevator was acting strange, the 2nd morning we had to check out because the elevator was not working and i had to carry my disabled mother down 8 flight's of stains. We had to pay money to dtay at a different hotel which was a total inconvenience to me and my family

We can’t sleep music were blasting until 2:30-3 am. Elevators were not working. We had to carry our luggages all the way from the 7th floor. By 8 am there’s no food left and it’s not being replenish the dining area has very limited sitting area. It was partitioned with plastic to separate the room from the construction. The construction was never mentioned otherwise I would not booked it.

The hotel was undergoing massive construction, which was not posted at the time we booked the hotel. The only notice i received of the construction was from Expedia hours before booking. The elevator also broke so we had to bring our things down 6 flights of stairs with multiple people in our group with mobility issues.

Worst of the worst

First of all, the forgot to give me a parking pass and then had my car towed then told me they wouldn’t refund me the $170 for the tow. Holes in walls. Missing tiles. Filthy everywhere. Paint all over the floors. Elevator is out of service most of the time. The whole place smells like cigarettes. Drug addicts sleeping in the lobby. Loud music that shakes your window all night. Rude employees. I’ve stayed at dozens of cheap hotels down the entire east coast and this was by far the worst of the worst. Outside of the girl at the front desk being helpful the rest of the stay was awful. Mattress was disgusting. Room was not prepared properly (we arrived after check in) we had to ask multiple times for bed linens, wasnt until we were almost falling asleep that the house keeper finally brought pillows and blankets to our room. Breakfast was possibly one of the worst ive had. No room to move around without bumping into other guests while preparing our plates. Where they had people eating was next to an area under construction, dust everywhere. Next to no staff spoke much of any english, it was hard to communicate with anyone except the first girl we checked in with. Nowhere in my reservation or description was I informed the place was under construction and no amenities would be available. With kids the pool was imperative. It was dissapointing to say the least. I do not recommend staying at this place. However most la quinta hotels are great places to stay this one was absolutely not!

BEWARE: Ongoing Construction, Poor Service, and Ru

BEWARE: Ongoing Construction, Poor Service, and Rude Staff (Stay: August 1–3) I stayed at this hotel from August 1st to 3rd, and I want to strongly warn anyone planning a stay here—avoid it if you can. The hotel is currently undergoing major renovations, particularly in the main hall. There was construction everywhere, with plastic sheets hanging all over, dust in the air and covering surfaces—including the small dining area. It was hard to breathe comfortably, let alone enjoy a meal. The breakfast area had limited seating, and the food selection was very poor. Overall, the environment felt chaotic and neglected. What made the experience even worse was the unprofessional behavior of the front desk staff. A receptionist who introduced himself as Mark (I’m not sure if that’s even his real name) was watching soccer on his phone while answering questions about check-in and check-out. When I politely repeated a question to clarify, he got visibly irritated, called me an idiot, and when I asked him to calm down, he threatened to call the police to have me removed from the hotel. I was absolutely stunned. This was a deeply unpleasant experience, both in terms of the physical condition of the hotel and the staff’s behavior. I strongly advise not booking a stay at this hotel until renovations are complete and serious improvements are made to staff professionalism. Photos attached.

I’ve stayed in dozens of La Quintas throughout the U.S., and this location will have to be the lowest rating of them. Renovations were going on in the lobby which is fine but white dust was everywhere, no plastic tarp to even try to block the dust. Couldn’t access elevators without staff having to walk you around and taking you up to your room. The lights did not turn off in the bedroom….instead the light switch turned off the TV, microwave, and fridge. The hallway light did not work. Need to say the front desk lady was super polite and very professional. Unfortunate working conditions for her.

Worst hotel experience ever.

Good afternoon, I just called the phone number on the business card I was provided by a front desk employee this morning after checking out, but no one answered the phone and I was unable to leave a voicemail.  I am wholly dissatisfied with my recent stay at your hotel. When my boyfriend booked the reservation online last weekend, there was no indication the hotel was currently in the middle of a major renovation, rendering the premises unacceptable and unfit for guests. Upon arrival, we noted the entire lobby was an active construction site, with tiles and hardwood floor panels missing, exposed concrete, dust and debris throughout the entire entrance and lobby area, and caution tape haphazardly tied to a random chair. Not only was the state of the lobby visually displeasing, but it created a safety hazard that was in no way relayed to us prior to our arrival. Had we known this would be the situation, we would have booked a reservation elsewhere.  One of the most egregious issues we encountered during our stay was the dysfunctional elevators. Again, we were not notified upon booking our room or when we checked in that the elevators were not working or that the elevators would be shut down between Friday night and Saturday morning for what was described as “pre-planned renovations.” Had we been given the courtesy of this information, we would have booked a room elsewhere. I didn’t stay that place is disgustingly nasty I didn’t even check I walked there was plastic and dust everywhere, so I asked to see the room before I checked in and that was horrible to. I told them I was not going to check in and don’t charge my card they said alright. The workers looked disgusted with what they had to work in.
