The amenities can be improved on; had to ask for hand lotion. The quality of the shampoo and conditioner and lotion is weak. Heater is noisy - system needs replacement. The staff were very kind and accommodating which made a big difference.

The hotel is easy for a quick visit. I’ve stayed several times, one Saturday overnight was before Halloween. That was pretty difficult bc the college bars line the street below. It was so so noisy I woke up at 1:30am to check out the action. I’m staying again in April, but wouldn’t stay during a big college weekend again.

What a great place to stay. Wonderful customer service clean, and a spotless comfortable room. It was fun having dinner upstairs and taking in the view! Great place to stay if you’re seeing a show at College St Music Hall. We will be back!

I can appreciate that they had a very busy week on the weekend that we checked in. But we checked in at 4:30 and were on a waiting list to get our room because rooms with two double beds was not ready, even though check-in time is 4 o’clock. The woman checking us in nicely offered us a king room and she would bring in two cots for my children. I verified three times in the conversation that number one, the cots would fit in the room and number two, that there were two cots actuallyavailable. She reassured me yes and said I would love the room. I did love the room. It was lovely. We went out to dinner and came back and they had only delivered one cot. We called down and they advised us that legally they are not allowed to put two cots in that room. I did lose it a little bit. They ended up sending someone up to move us to a double room. This was very unfortunate as my eight year-old son and six-year-old daughter had a competition the next day and had to wake up very early and it was past his bedtime at this point. We settled into the new room only to realize that the heat was broken… And it was broken turned on. So even though it was set to 66 in the room, it was over 80°. We slept horrendously. All in all a very bad experience.

Elevator was always full. Had to wait multiple times for a “semi-empty” elevator to squeeze into. One elevator seems to be designated only for the garage. Parking lot got full because people who weren’t part of the hotel were parking in there. Pillows were very uncomfortable and flat. Woke up with a stiff neck every morning
