Visited for work and stayed here. The Rooms were dirty, and A bit raggedy. One of the elevators did not work. Flooring was coming up in both rooms that were presented to me. Others in my party rooms smelled like piss. Valet takes extremely long and not worth the hefty fee.

We had a great experience at AC Hotel. The staff genuinely care about their guests. When I asked for a late checkout, they kindly provided it free of charge after learning that my sons were not feeling well. This level of empathy and customer care really meant a lot to us. The hotel itself is spotless, modern, and beautifully designed. The location is absolutely perfect — within walking distance to major attractions, which made our stay very convenient. The front desk staff were especially pleasant, friendly, and professional. Thank you for making our stay so comfortable during a stressful moment. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel

The young man at the front desk was very welcoming and polite. The room had everything that we needed. If I were to nitpick, the hair conditioner needed to be refilled and we were only given one regular coffee packet, not 2. I would definitely stay again.
