Really nice, clean spot to stay in the French Quarter. The area around the hotel was nice and we were close to the things we wanted to see. The only nitpicky issues we had were the bathroom was a little snug for 2 people trying to get around in the morning, and the mattress was a little stiff. Other than that, we really enjoyed it.

Staff was kind. Easy to find hotel. Appreciated the valet, as parking was very limited. Original room we were placed in had broken AC, had to go to lobby three times before a resolution was found. Neighbors were physically and verbally fighting in room next door and people in room screaming so we had to call security as someone was hurt. Once we switched to new room, the second day had another ac issue but it resolved itself. Lots of homeless hanging around building. Our mini fridge went out and we found it the day after arrival when our food was warm. Overall poor experience, pretty disappointing.
