Room was clean and comfortable, but we had to ask for additional wash clothes and clean towels. Location felt safe and was convenient to the stop for the streetcar. It's an easy walk to Bourbon Street but far enough away to get a good night's sleep. Front-desk staff was polite, efficient, and helpful.

Great location, but we unfortunately had pretty noisy neighbors and the rooms are not acoustically insulated so it was impossible to sleep through the night. Some of the rooms also don’t have windows, which was bizarre.

Service wasn’t the best. Day time was perfect, evening time chaotic. Wait for 4 hours for towels because housekeeper didn’t put any. Housekeeper hang out in the room, they had pillow case laid out on a chair. I feel like we were rushed for breakfast, it was only 8:30.

Strange hotel, no drawers in room or closet. No mirror above desk line other hotels. VERY WALKABLE which was the best quality. Could not call the front desk from the room nor were there any instructions. When asked to front desk they said dial 0, which we had tried, or 0# which also didn’t work. When I mentioned it to front desk later in day, they didn’t even ask me what room or apologize. However this wasn’t the worst of it. On Saturday the group across the hall from us was having a party and awoke us 3 times between 2:30am - 4:00am. I even tried calling the front desk three different times from my cell phone and no one answered. It is in a GREAT location but with so many other hotels, I wouldn’t stay here again.

The location is good but the hotel is not great. Based in the reviews, I was expecting a better hotel. This one is no more than 3 stars. The rooms are too small and not two queen beds, as advertised. They were full beds.

Conveniently located within walking distance to the French Quarter, restaurants and public transportation. Room was clean, bed comfortable and we felt safe. We were greeted by staff every time we came into the hotel and any questions we had were answered. I have no complaints and will stay here again on my next visit.
