The room and lounge area clean. It doesn’t really offer a restaurant and the 6th floor outdoor terrace was a wreck old furniture and not set up for use. The staff was helpful and nice. The elevator was broken in the lobby and we had a long walk around to get to our rooms with a cart because of stairs. Nice for a short stay

Staff was awful. Some were nice but most were just not. Not personable. Breakfast was awful and we decided to give it a shot. My husband had a few bite of the parfait and I had two bites of toast and hard boiled egg and it was nasty. Flys were everywhere all over the food that look as though it was sitting out for hours. Just not a great experience and would not go back. However, room was decent and clean so a+ for the cleaners! But front desk….get a new job.

The hotel has many areas for improvement. The shower water almost entirely spilled out, forming a pool of water. The showerhead on the ceiling barely flowed, so we had to use the handheld showerhead. The room needs better lighting. I felt like I was in a bunker because of the darkness. The air conditioning thermostat didn't work properly. I wouldn't return.

Our room was dirty, the shower hadn’t been cleaned, and the elevator got stuck during our stay. I was also charged twice for a one-night stay. I called the property several times and never received a callback. I eventually had to contact my bank to dispute the duplicate charge and get my money back. Very disappointing experience.

Stay elsewhere. I booked another hotel the same night I checked-in and checked out of this hotel the following morning due to the unwelcoming reception by hotel staff at check-in and the room quality: Check-in: I booked this hotel because it is advertised as pet friendly. I frequently travel with my pets. Upon arriving I was immediately greeted with attitude from a staff member because my dog barked twice. He had an attitude for the remainder of check-in and I felt like he did not want to check me in. He also made it clear that the convention guests were his priority. I have never been spoken down to like that at any hotel as a paying customer being charged $500 in pet fees to stay at a “pet-friendly” hotel. After 5 hours of traveling I did not feel like arguing with someone within 2 minutes of meeting them. FYI:Pet fees are $50 per pet, per night. Not per stay, per pet. Room quality: The hotel room was pitch black upon entering. I struggled to find the 3 available lights in the room. The window faced a wall so there was no natural sunlight. The TV mounted on the wall with wires hanging down did not fully work because the remote control’s arrow buttons did not work. There were noises with the neighboring garage (window) and hallways all night long. Overall, the room felt very hospital like. Hotel common areas: The elevator and hallway floors were dirty. The lobby smells damp and humid. Only one functioning elevator. Outside hotel: the area is not the safest at night.

The views from the hotel were awful. My view was an adjacent high-rise parking garage. The hotel was dark, not enough light in the room, and the color of the room was gray, very dark. The staff was very helpful. Location was good.
