Wonderful property wonderful stay only complaints is the white front counter staff (she) was a lil rude and sarcastic. The poop had trash in it but over all stay was really good

Pros: very convenient area of town, less than 15 min to most things, and walkable. safe area of town. right next to the hospital parking ramp that always has security out front. easy, free parking right across the street from hotel entrance. staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Con: biggest con was that this was the loudest hotel I've ever stayed in. You can hear every elevator ding, every door slam, and whole conversations in the hallway.

Located in good spot Marlene was super helpful and Albert as well both locals who were able to help me navigate the city their were others but I can’t remember their names hotel is near everything but not at the same time you are in the city and minutes away from the hotspots close by bus route and near the trolley

This place is nothing short of amazing conveniently close to everything super close now understand you still in the hood but area has been modified or should I say gentrified but it’s still safe and walkable would definitely stay here again

If you know New Orleans and want to be uptown, this is your place. It is two blocks from the newish Freret Street restaurants, and parking is free. Longish walk to streetcar or to Tulane, but doable, and there are buses. Prices are not outrageous considering. Staff is friendly as possible. Still the same as before the pandemic.
