Breakfast was supposed to start at 7 am, but it was ready closer to 7:45 am. They painted the bottom of the bathtub, we didn't know, took a shower and our feet stuck to it. When we got out, our feet were white. The floor near the sink was sticky.

This hotel should not be listed on Hotels.com. The place is run down and the smell of mold permeates the place. People hang out in the parking lot nightly, so the area does nt feel safe. Curtains were torn and sagging from the rods. There wew what appeared to be insect droppings on the bed linens. I would like a refund.

Free parking is great, but this hotel is not being properly managed or maintained. Everything was under construction, the room was dingy and dirty, the carpet in my room was literally wet. Towels were dingy and had hair in them. Bed and pillows were completely uncomfortable, toilet seat was broken, the swimming pool light was outside of the pool but still electrically connected inside the water.

I didn't particularly have a bad stay, the TV had next to no channels again nothing horribly wrong. This hotel has potential. They can use some upgrades and updates to the hotels as well as the rooms. My kids liked the breakfast for what it was. The proximity to downtown is also great I'm from the city so the location is the best. They were short on towels didn't have enough in my room. The staff helped me with that. $200+ a night not bad , but for this room it can be cheaper . Anytime my normal hotel isn't available this will still be my next choice.

OMG where do I start?? The hotel was atrocious! It was nasty from the parking lot to the room . The floors looked as if no one had cleaned them in a decade. The elevator was disgusting. The odor smelled like booty is as best I can describe! The bathrooms were filthy! Me and my guest didn’t even change clothes and used bottle water to brush our teeth because the sink and area was sooo nasty. I didn’t complain to the staff because it was just for one night and I was too tired to complain. The bath towels were literally brown. I’d never stay here again, and wouldn’t recommend my dog to stay here

I recently stayed at this hotel and was very disappointed. The room looked neglected and poorly maintained, as if no one cared to ensure it was ready for guests. On top of that, the staff was unfriendly throughout my stay. There was no greeting or acknowledgment on the first day, and even on my last day, no one bothered to say a simple hello or goodbye. Overall, the experience felt disregarded and unwelcoming. I will not be staying at this hotel my next time coming to New Orleans.
