Needs a little improvement, but I would stay again

The good… The staff was amazing, location was nice, pricing is fair, and the hotel was neat and tidy. The bad…. Our bathroom door was not in the greatest shape and had to be lifted to keep from scraping the floor and making all kinds of noise. The air conditioner unit was so noisy and the thermostat not very trustworthy. One minute you are freezing and the next you are sweating. I would stay there again, but would not stay in the same room of course.

The hallway carpet is incredibly dirty. There was ants all over the bathroom. The front desk attendant didn’t say a single word to me at check in except where the elevator was. Upon checkout he was outside smoking and I just waved and set my cards down to check out.

We arrived after check in time and we're given a room that hadn't been cleaned, front desk clerk handled it promptly but the second room wasn't very clean either. TV/cable wasn't hooked up, A/C sounded like a jet taking off every time it started. Perfectly fine if you just want to lay your head down and save some money. Won't book here again

There was not a working phone or TV in our room. When my husband went to the front desk to let them know, they said they would change our room however they might not work in there either. Why would you let someone stay in a room that was not fully functional?

They need major room upgrades. The lobby was the only nice thing about the hotel know wash clothes tv didn’t work none of the phones in the room work they to shut down a while and do some renovations.

Close to i10 so travel was easy staff was friendly. My only but major issue was not one ice machine available for use. Ice machines are a must for travelers.

The hotel itself felt and looked very dirty when we walked in. The elevator had cracked floor tiles and smelled bad. When we got to our room, it was not cleaned. The bed sheets were off the bed and the room was thrashed. I turned around, walked back to the receptionist and canceled our reservation. We ended up staying at another hotel.
