Don't stay here, believe me!

I was really disappointed with this hotel. It wasn't that cheap to be this bad! As soon as I got in it reeked a smell of food maybe - a stench that followed me into my room. The carpeted steep stairs are a nightmare if you have bags with you. The room itself smelled, was super small, the carpet old and dirty. The toilet was ok, but the shower worked bad. It wasn't a clean place, it wasn't a pleasant place. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone!

Clean and friendly but needs urgent maintenance.

4 of the 6 lights in the room broken and no hot water in the morning. On the plus side friendly staff, clean room, comfortable bed.

Good hotel in great area

Nice hotel room that was clean and tidy. Breakfast was good in the morning and staff were friendly.Only downside was the noisy floors. We were on ground floor and could hear everyone moving around in the room above at 6.00am!

Good Location

Pros: The location, comfy beds and a nice breakfast.
Cons: The toilet did not flush properly.
Location: We found our way easily to and from St Pancras and Russell Square tube station, making it easy to find the different venues we had chosen to visit.
Just what we needed location wise and the staff kindly let us leave our baggage so we could enjoy our time in London without the hassle of carrying our luggage around. Beds comfy, although it was a small double. A free map was a nice touch. A good range at breakfast, we all enjoyed the full English.
