Firstly, After checking in and was advise that breakfast was included that was a lie, because the dining room host told me while I eat, I will have to pay for breakfast as it was not included. Have I known this they sure would get my $19.99. Secondly, I was only there for less than a day and the bathtub was clogged. I informed the Trent receptionist who stated they will let maintenance know. It’s not worth the price to stay at this hotel in my opinion.

The room felt neglected. When checking in they said you booked an invalid room. The room is NOT soundproof and the noise of traffic was bad. The shower wet the floor and I nearly slipped on the tile. We went for dinner early and the restaurants closed but serving sane food in bar. Right beside the front entrance and it was so cold that we decided to do take out instead. The outside looked well kept but the interior has a lot to be desired. Only plus was good staff and 3 minutes to airport.

Bathroom was disgusting there were black splatter all over the floor the shower held had mold on it and was falling out of the wall. The ceiling was peeling off. Beds very uncomfortable with a light blanket and sheet. Was told I had to pay for breakfast but my reservation stated breakfast included, after finding confirmation email was allowed to get breakfast.
