Wonderful place to stay

The staff was so friendly and helpful. The valet parking was completely worth the price to take the stress out of finding somewhere to park. This hotel is walking distance to almost everything. We went for a concert and was close enough to walk to the venue, the riverwalk outlets, and just about any restaurant. Being on Bourbon Street our room was so quiet while the streets were loud and packed with people. The hotel does supply ear plugs though.

The first great experience was as soon as we walked through the door. The staff were busy! But so attentive each of them greeted us at the same time! They were fantastic, each person that works there had a smile. The location is very quiet and well kept. The beds were very comfortable. The location is in the heart of the french quarter making it easy to get around. Be warned for families, this is on bourbon street so after 5pm, it gets a little crazy out the front door but once you walk past bourbon it calms down drastically.

We did not realize when making our reservations that we would be right in the middle of the Bourbon Street scene, but once we walked in the door to our hotel (only available to guests of the hotel) the noise was so muffled that it was almost imperceptible and we did not hear it at all from our beautiful room. We highly recommend 4 Points by Sheraton, especially if you're there to experience Bourbon Street. While we were not there for Bourbon Street, it was still a very convenient location for enjoying all that The French Quarter has to offer. The Brady's Rockford, IL

This is our second time staying at Four Points Sheraton. We get a room with a balcony overlooking Bourbon Street and it’s such a fun, amazing and interactive experience. 10/10 would stay again !
