Parking was a bit tricky when we arrived — I didn’t realize how chaotic the driving area near Bourbon Street could be. The location was convenient though, as it was nice to just step out and walk around whenever we wanted. Unfortunately, the room was very small and looked nothing like the photos online. The bathroom was tiny as well — two people couldn’t be in there at the same time. On top of that, we found several cockroaches in the room (more than five), which was unacceptable. After we complained, we were moved to another room on a higher floor, but the “balcony courtyard view” just looked out over the valet parking lot. Overall, very disappointing — I wouldn’t stay here again.

Had a great stay. Staff at check-in were friendly and were so nice to my son who was celebrating a birthday. The rooms were clean, never had issues with noise levels. We were right on bourbon street so we just walked back to our hotel. We will definitely be back!! Thank you for everything : )

Staff was fantastic, room was serviced daily with new bedding and towels. Our room in particular was mostly quiet even with the wild street noise. We were located on the courtyard parking garage side. I would imagine the street side rooms were loud, but that is to be expected with a bourbon street hotel. The location was conveniently located to everything in the French Quarter. The pool was nice. No complaints with the 8 day stay, would stay again.
