Lola and Kimberly were wonderful during the check in/out processes. The valet parking was invaluable and the valets were nice. Our refrigerator didn't work. The beds were a bit too firm in my opinion but I know some people like that sort of thing. The bathroom floor wasn't as clean as I would've liked but the rest of the room was good. Nice big TV, thankfully, because the room was HUGE. We also reserved a king room but got 2 queens. We didn't care enough to fix it though. The breakfast was pretty darn good except for the eggs. We were in walking distance of some of the best food I've ever had and the convention center. There was music playing in the streets and history and culture everywhere. Overall this was a good stay but I do think that a large chunk of what you're paying for is location rather than luxury.

The lady running the breakfast was on a health kick, which I appreciated, however, she kept calling kids nasty, to their faces, for touching food with their hands, it it just didn’t vibe right. Also, things were out of stock, and it just wasn’t run smooth.

I ask for room to be cleaned, it wasn't. Breakfast was bad. I ask about waffles and was told they're not doing waffles. There was no Friendly or Helpful Staff. We arrived at 3:30 and was told the room wasn't ready, but it was amazing at 4pm without anyone receiving any info the room became available at 4pm. There was VERY LIMITED SPACE for unloading your vehicle, I would not recommend or stay at this location, if it was FREE!!!

Our room wasn't ready when we arrived. The sofa my son had to sleep on had a pile of powder substance on it and when we informed the front desk personnel, they said someone would be sent to clean it. The sofa still had not been cleaned when we returned, so we had to clean it ourselves. We also had to request towels multiple times and there was never anyone available to bring them to us. Overall, the hotel was fine, but their customer service and cleanliness was seriously lacking.
