Bathroom sink water was hot but the tub water was luke warm Saturday night and Sunday night. Also the shower curtain has been cut at the bottom and it will not stay in the tub when you taking a shower.

The complimentary breakfast was excellent. My biggest concern was the location. There are quite a number of homeless people in the area. Also the front desk is awkwardly located in the lobby.
The entrance to the hotel should be here. It is more inviting

I was given the keys to an already occupied room. After arriving 3 hours later than my expected time due to delayed flights— I walked in on someone sleeping. I had to wait half the morning/day for towels from house keeping.

Nice spacious and clean room. Breakfast was good, though they seemed to be short staffed. The staff tried their best to keep up with demand. Easy walking to Bourbon and Canal Street. We would book this hotel again.
