Good but not great

The hotel has New Orleans charm but if you want to try to get some sleep this might not be the place for you. There was a lot of street noise that even ear plugs didn’t mask. The hotel is very convenient to Bourbon St and French Quarter.

The front desk when we arrived was horrible and rude i paid for breakfast before we arrived she told us we never paid when we showed her on our online we paid she was snobby about it. We also paid for a king size bed it was a queen. The whole first experience was not great.

One short block away from all the action, yet still very clean and quiet. Walking distance to anything was less than a half mile; we did everything there is to do in New Orleans in just 4 days. The beds were comfortable and provided a great night’s rest. Property is well kept and the pool area is a relaxing place to hang out. We received a goodie bag for booking through Expedia with some vouchers, tokens for money off of tours, and a water bottle.
