My family and I truly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It was very clean and smelled so good. When I checked out I lost my wallet and when I went back, a staff member had turned it in to the front desk with nothing missing. And I not to mention, I love their accent. Will definitely return for a future stay again.

Everything was nice about the property. The staff were polite and always were available when we needed them. The only thing the beds were to small for 2 ppl unless you are cuddling. Other than that we enjoyed our stay!! Will definitely recommend this hotel!!

Worth it for the parking !!!

Older hotel but I would definitely stay here again. The parking makes this place all worth it. Those guys are on point with their jobs. It’s 24 hour service and when I say quick they are quick. Now the place is clean to be older but the walls are paper thin so the next door neighbors were very disturbing to us. The curtains need replacing badly as they look to be from 1940’s with wear and tear . The beds were like a brick sleeping on them too. Overall friendliness is ok they did their jobs just didn’t WOW us but those parking guys need a raise .

This beautiful hotel was super close to the action of bourbon street yet totally quiet and safe. We didn’t have to take a taxi or bus the entire visit, everything we wanted to see was walking distance from the hotel! Friendly staff, functioning AC, clean and secure. 10/10 hotel experience!

Love that it was close to Bourbon Street, but for the price, I thought it would be nicer. The restaurant wait time was terrible. Most of the staff did their job, but were not very friendly. Eddie, the concierge rep, was fantastic, as was the gentleman who helped us store our luggage until our room was ready. If you are a smoker, you have to stand around the corner by the curb from the hotel. There seemed to be plenty of workers, but no one to bring bags up or down from your room. More workers outside than inside! I would stay somewhere else next time.

The room smell like alcohol and smoke! I was there for just one night. Staff was great. That room needs to be taken out of service for a couple of days and put an ozone in there. Try to sleep in there and couldn’t.

We had a wonderful stay! Rooms were clean. Nice to have a balcony but different sharing with 2 other rooms. Nice to be so close to everything and be able to walk. Valet parking so convinent and thankful to have our cars safe in a locked lot.
