What I didn't like was the hidden fees, That is on me, again for not reading about them. For what we paid each night was alot for a very tiny room. You really did have to use the restroom with the door opened and sitting on the toilet sideways.. Again I just don't like to complain when im in the moment, So we spent 3 days in a uncomfortable room.

I booked my hotel and paid for a city view! I came to do a 24 hour reset and just breathe, I have been faced with a lot but when I get to the hotel a little after 5 because my flight was delayed from Atlanta all they had was a construction view by the pool! That’s not what I paid for!! The manager was very distasteful and unapologetic and said that’s the only thing we have left and were sold out!! We can give you your destination fee back that’s about it smh!! The view was closed in , sun was blocked it was so irritating. So unfair!! Smh I will just stick with Intercontinental, at the very least when I pay for what I want I at least get it there!!

The property is away from the party area however walkable if you want to see Canal ST and Burbon ST. It is across the street from the superdome. Downside-knock on the door at 9 AM on Sunday morning was not appreciated. Checkout is 11-did not appreciate the wake up.
