No complaints. Location was perfect. We walked everywhere. You do have to pay to park but that’s anywhere in the area. Hotel clean. Staff nice. Bed was comfortable.

If you want to explore this area of New Orleans, this was a great place to stay. Close enough to the action, far enough to still have some calm. Our first trip to the area, would definitely stay at this hotel again.

The hotel is in a good position in the French Quarter. A fifteen to twenty minutes walk from almost everything. The housekeeping staff were very nice and accommodating. However I was disappointed at a few lacking amenities such as a microwave, a working phone in the room, a helpful front desk staff and reliable plumbing. The water, coffee and tea station in the lobby was a nice to have.

The property is always immaculate. Clean. Everytime I stay here. Staff does a great job. But this time the front desk receptionist was so rude. She would not listen to anything I was trying to tell her. She talked over me the entire time and when she WAS PROVEN WRONG ABOUT MY ROOM, SHE DID NOT APOLOGIZE FOR HER INCOMPETENCE! I love this place. I truly do. I make sure to stay here anytime I am in the area of New Orleans…but she made this stay so horrible for no reason. I hope to hear back from management about the situation. Thank you.

Jun 2025 Booked 7 night stay. On day 4 there was no hot water for the entire hotel. Did anyone work into the evening or night to restore hot water for their guests? No. That night, woke up to a bed bug biting me. Took video. Captured it. Packed up and headed to the front desk with it. They did not appear surprised. Checked out at 4AM and headed down the street with my luggage to another hotel. Worst hotel stay ever.

Quick and easy check in, i actually arrived 2hrs earlier than check in time and they made sure to get me a room quickly. I didnt catch the lady name at the front desk (i had been driving since 5am and was to tired to retain any real information lol) but she was the sweetest lady ever!

The hotel itself was decent. There is no valet, and parking is a couple blocks away. So be prepared for that. Our remote control for the tv was low battery so wouldnt work. I called front desk, no answer. I walked downstairs and no one at front desk. So didnt get to enjoy watching tv. Also no vending machines. Luckily there is a store 2 doors down. When we checked out the overnight lady was not helpful. Expected us to already know how to check out on the computer. Didnt say anything to us. It wasnt the worse, but also wouldnt come back.

It was a little disappointing to say the least. It was nothing like the pictures. It says it has a restaurant and bar but it doesn’t. It’s the restaurant around the corner. There weren’t any drink machines all they offered was ice but both ice machines were empty. Also the parking you pay for is 1/4 of a mile from the hotel. I was not recognized as a VIP guest so no perks.

The sheets were damp, the bathroom smelled like sewage, and the room overall was dank. Nothing felt clean, the hallway was filthy, and there was a smell throughout the hotel as if gas was escaping. The complimentary hot water also has residue in it. Thankfully they provided bottles of water. Very disappointing stay, especially for the price. Only good thing was the location, right in the French Quarter and close to the riverfront.

Room was hot there was issues with the air conditioning so after our 3rd night thet moved us to another room...a much better view out the window.
