This is not a recording device, and it only monitors noise levels. Placement of this device was made mandatory by the city. **Normal check-in time is 4pm on the arrival date. Early check-in is available up to 1pm for $50 which is used to hire an extra cleaner to assist with servicing the property. Early check-in for before 1pm require booking the previous night at a discounted rate, if available.
