The stay was nice but there is no rooftop bar, the main reason we booked. They haven’t had one in 5 years since Covid but it’s on their website. Other than that the stay was nice and it was close to the main attractions.

The hotel was beautiful and conveniently located close to all the important attractions, staff was friendly and helpful. Bed was super comfortable, my only issue was on my second night I hardly got any sleep because of all the noise and yelling from other guests in the hallway near my door. Was super irritated.

I loved the pool. But the area was kind of bare. There was a tile on the floor sticking out and i kept tripping on it at the pool. The toilets were inside so you had to push a heavy doir to get to the restrooms. The toilet in my room was exceptionally wide and the seat flat.very uncomfortable to use daily. We had to ask for toiletries every day because there was no room service for the 1st 3 days of our stay. Apparently it's a thing that they come after 3 days but we only stayed for 3. We paid for early check in and kate checkout extra and they wouldn't let us stay an extra hour. They said they would have to charge us a whole day on top of that just for that hour.

We felt safe at this property, however there were just a few minor concerns-Hot Water and temp in room! Although we made all of the adjustments as suggested still was cold in shower, and room was warm. I think they have it regulated-

Bloody sheets on the made up bed, water pressure low in the bathroom sinks, no soap to wash hands at sink. I just bought some since they only clean after two nights. Bar and coffee shop never opened. The pool was nice. Hotel staff friendly, Jung does not seem to care about the upkeep of the property
