We felt safe at this property, however there were just a few minor concerns-Hot Water and temp in room! Although we made all of the adjustments as suggested still was cold in shower, and room was warm. I think they have it regulated-

Bloody sheets on the made up bed, water pressure low in the bathroom sinks, no soap to wash hands at sink. I just bought some since they only clean after two nights. Bar and coffee shop never opened. The pool was nice. Hotel staff friendly, Jung does not seem to care about the upkeep of the property

Mediocre, but not the worst? Good location.

I really liked the location of the hotel, not too loud or not too quiet and it was within walking distance of most tourist locations and restaurants. The cons were there was this AC noise right outside my hotel room that you could hear 24/7, it really disrupted my sleep and woke me up a bunch. Another problem me and my wife had was the toilet, the water just kept running inside the toilet bowl, but we didn't ask for a room change because we were already unpacked. We also didn't get housekeeping even though we were there for 2 nights. We called the front desk to ask why, and they told us that we had to request it..... We were never told this during check-in. Another issue was on arrival, there were a bunch of younger folks outside smoking weed so that was a huge turn-off.... Aside from these, we really liked the location and the cleanliness of the hotel room. We might recommend it if based on the price, but I'm sure there are better options that provide better service.

Saturday we couldn’t get in the pool because there was a pool party for little kids. One of the kids threw up in the pool. The cushions by the pool was torn with holes. We went to the bar in the lobby and the bar tender acted like we were a problem, and told us there were no little bites available but the booklet said there was, so we didn’t get dinks or little bites to have at the pool. We returned to the room to shower and the hot water did not work. We called the front desk she told us,”it’s going to warm up”, it never did the whole 3 days. The restaurant never opened

Family loved the hotel. Our only issue was the bathroom door not locking. The lock in the door didn't align with the doorway portion... but we managed. Not sure this is an issue... you can only get to the pool from the 1st floor.

This was an interesting stay. The hotel looks recently renovated and was offering a great summer rate! The pool was nice, but hard to navigate to in the building. The lobby bar never opened despite posting signs with hours up throughout the hotel. The coffee shop was open most days and it was amazing! Otherwise, the room was super spacious, great amenities, and quiet given its proximity to Canal street. Give this hotel a try!
