Wonderful clean property in a safe area by Tulane. Huge room, comfortable beds, nice bathroom, A/C worked perfectly, coffee shop in AM only but very nice. $50 parking but convenient. Front desk helpful. Overall would stay again. Except during construction streetcars and busses right outside makes it convenient to go into quarter. Also very convenient to Saenger Theater.

Cleaning personnel wonderful. Front desk personnel not too helpful. Also if you have a kitchen and a refrigerator as part of what one has reserved and you provide barely a couple of pots, Very few glasses, very limited kitchenware to be able to use.
