Will not be booking here again. Room was not ready for 2 hrs upon arrival to hotel, after us already being 1.5 hrs past checkin. There was also a huge convention there,(which) is totally fine what is not fine is to not have a place for a large crowd to congregate when guests from the hotel are trying to get on and off of an elevator and the only way to do that is by bumping into people and losing your spouse in a large crowd. It was very disorganized. We also did not get direction as to what elevator to use to get to our room, therefore we were on a separate elevator and could not find our floor. We had to have other guests help us only because the same thing happened to them.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Waldorf Astoria New Orleans, and I was thoroughly impressed. The hotel's holiday decorations were exquisite, adding to the vibrant atmosphere of the city.
