Everything was amazing, the staff, the rooms, comfy beds, beautiful designs, etc… when we arrived at 5 am, many hours before our check in time, the front desk attendant was so kind and helpful by giving us a room early since we were so tired and needed rest after our long travels. It’s a wonderful, luxurious hotel. Highly recommend!

The building is beautiful, the staff were all friendly especially Randy at the front lobby. We loved the roof top pool and the Spa. Very convenient and close to attractions. We came to celebrate our anniversary and honestly have no complaints. The restaurants on site are all good! I would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is amazing when it comes to customer service. First we were allowed an early check in and a late check out. That’s always a plus. While in New Orleans we were treated like we were part of the family by the rooftop pool bartender Coco. We felt like we didn’t need to go anywhere else and let me remind you that we were in New Orleans! Thank you we will definitely return.

Absolutely beautiful hotel. Staff were fabulous and made you feel really welcome. Loved the door staff in particular. Amenities in the hotel were great. Location was perfect too. Easy walking distance to everything. Our room was incredible for the price. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

From the well kept history to the Southern charm of the employees, our stay was wonderful. Use the personal concierge if you can they are wonderful! Make sure you take a little time to talk with doorman Randy, not only is he filled with joy, but he’s quite an interesting man as well. We couldn’t have been more satisfied with oir experience!
