Hotel staff were accommodating. Rooms are basic, no mini fridge or kettle. Our toilet was hard to flush. Room got really stuffy overnight - would recommend keeping on cooler however this was noisy. No extra blankets or pillows in the room

This place was okay- hallways smelled unpleasant, room was so dark and tiny, the outlet situation!? (see photo) actually insane, and the tv has no modern streaming :/ on the pros- convenient location to the tube and fairly central to some shops & dining. Wouldn’t recommend but got the job done for my stay.

I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. While taking showers, the water randomly comes scorching hot and goes away then randomly comes back. We were unable to take comfortable showers. Also we checked in on a Sunday, and we noticed that the complimentary lotion bottle was empty in the bathroom. Since it was after 4pm, and housekeeping left for the day (as we were told), they said they would have them fill it on Monday. That was no problem, only after reminding them on Monday as we left for the day, we returned and nothing. Same thing on Tuesday. They eventually filled it on Wednesday after we went out for the day. The we checked out on Thursday morning. The front desk workers were very pleasant otherwise. I definitely would not return. I had two rooms, one was for my mother. The room was so small, that when you place your suitcase in the room, you can’t move around in the room.

We were booked in for a 3 night stay, we left after the first night. The room was in a disgusting state, absolutely filthy carpet with what could possibly be blood stains. The bathroom was full of dirty marks. This room should not be available for people to stay in this condition. The hotel accepts no responsibility in giving a refund. Do not stay here, the photos on hotels.com are clearly not up to date, this is the worst hotel I’ve ever seen. Do not stay here! Almost certain the amazing reviews are fake because no one could possibly give this hotel a good review.

Terrible hotel. The air conditioning didn't work, the double socket on the desk was hanging off, the floor outside the room had clearly not been cleaned for weeks and the glasses and plates on the floor outside the room had mould on them.

An error in the type of beds was quickly rectified and we were given the option of changing rooms on the second night or staying in separate rooms which we opted for. Great shower, but the towel rail was incredibly hot and couldn't be adjusted. It made the bathroom stifling. The mattress was quite hard so didn't sleep that well. They kept our luggageq

The property was sub par for the amount you pay. I was very disappointed in my stay. I booked to celebrate my birthday and I would’ve received a better service at a travelodge. We had to change rooms 3 times, which was a huge inconvenience. The first room, the air conditioning failed to work. The engineer attempted to fix twice. The second room had a strong smell of sewage and the final room was better, but was terribly small. I kept bumping the side of my leg on the bed. All in all I would not recommend nor will I ever stay at a Radisson again!

Overall dissappointing experience. The room wasnt anything like the photos, design was outdated and tired and only basic amenities in the room. Shouldn't have been sold as a two person room. Would've expected this from a 1 to 2 star hotel not a 4 star. Will not be staying again.

We stayed for 2 nights first night was not good we were given room 227 this room was no bigger than a cupboard and really should not be given out as a double room. We were moved the following day to a much more suitable room. When we requested the room move reception were aware that it was a very small room and apologised

I wouldn’t rate this a 4* hotel, the bed wasn’t comfy, the air conditioning wasn’t great. There were a number of lights in the room throughout the night (including do not disturb so you couldn’t really use them) we were then awoken before 8am by the cleaner on check out day. The lobby and corridors were well maintained but the rooms need some maintenance, including the load and lacking air conditioning.

Great location and friendly staff. Room was ok but the lighting was not great. Light above tea making area not working, lighting by mirror too dark and the mirror above the desk was too high to use when sat at desk.

We chose an upmarket hotel for my partners birthday celebration, we arrived at the hotel and were greeted by a nice looking restaurant and check in desk, this is where the niceness stopped, our room was supposed to be upgraded to a supreme room however it was damaged dirty and definitely not upgraded.

Property very well located but room size booked which was standard double was very small to the point of being uncomfortable plus shower was so small it was difficult to wash properly in - I’m 6’2” but not especially large so how a heavy set person would cope I’ve no idea. Could be so much better.

I was a little disappointed with our stay. The location and staff were great but I booked a premier room and it was tiny. The bathroom had a small bath with a hand held shower attachment which you had to keep in your hand for the whole shower and with no shower curtain it soaked the whole bathroom. They would do better taking the bath out and putting a walk in shower there instead.
