Public parts of the hotel are nice but the room the room was falling apart. Most importantly, it didn't have blinds that kept the light out, so it was bright at 4:45am.

The hotel itself is lovely, the room smaller than expected and unfortunately no twins available when we arrived. Sadly we were also told on arrival at 4pm that our room was not ready (check in is from 3pm) which caused a bit of a challenge as we had a schedule of neesing

Booked a premium room for one night, was upgraded for free to a family room. Room was lovely, very comfortable, nice clean bathroom. Excellent location, and reasonably priced at baseline. Friendly staff, easy check in and check out, nice lobby and decor. Breakfast not being included was not ideal, as the extra prices were realtively steep.

I am not rating it perfect because we were moved 4 times due to problems with the rooms (no working AC, fridge, view) especially since we were staying for 10 days. First off, the staff is incredible, the best i have ever had experience with. The hotel location is central to many places and even walkable (a wonderful barbershop called Cirta City Barber, 24 hour diner, British Museum is across the street and Primark is 2 blocks away). The hotel requires repair but location and staff, above the rest.

Great location, next to British Museum, near soho, but Rooms dated, and absolutely roasting hot for no apparent reason. Maybe good in winter but not summer. Aircon didn't work properly either we had to move rooms
