The hotel is very hard to drive to because one street is always blocked. We could not get to the hotel front door. So we called front desk. The front desk person was very rude and impatient. She just told us a garage address and hang off the phone. So we drove to the garage but the garage was all full and cars filled up all garage entrance, no one was at the garage door to help guest, and there was no sign to show the garage is associated with the hotel. We had to park the car far away and physically got to front desk to ask a person to help parking. Yes, we did choose valllet parking and paid $55 per day for parking. Very bad experience.

Booked suite with 2 queens but pay at hotel, the 1st room a 2queen but no suite offered me free drinks then 50 off a night we were celebrating my daughter 19th bday and our 21st anniversary finaliy ended with a one bedroom suite pull out couch pool side...then the fee agreed on hotel went up 200 so 850 instead of 650. never again

Very clean hotel with excellent service located within walking distance of anything in the French Quarter. Right off Bourbon but surprisingly quiet (we were facing the interior of the hotel so take that with a grain of salt). The pool area was perfect for getting away from the noise and our room was quiet. Some stuff around the property shows some wear and tear and could use some updates, but, overall, it was a great experience.

Everything about the hotel is great. Room was spotless and quiet since we were up high and in an interior room. Staff was extremely professional and soo friendly. However being right on Bourbon in the French Quarter brings you into contact with drunken, sketchy throngs of people. Not the hotel's fault, just an fyi.
