The biggest issue was our room was barely cleaned and we were there for 11 days due to bad weather. Our sheets never got changed, our floor in the bathroom was never swept. One day the trash bag was left on the desk and cleaning rag was left on the door knob. Very disappointing.

I enjoyed my stay but unfortunately the housekeeping was subpar. They never vacuumed the floors including the bathroom and I even questioned if they changed the bedding or simply tucked the sheets in. This was a ten day stay.Otherwise the staff was friendly and helpful at the front desk,the doormen and the hotel restaurant and bar.

when we first checked in,we were told that each of us will get 15$ per day towards food and beverage. So when we went to the restaurant associated with the hotel,they had no idea what we were talking about. So none of us got our 45$ credit which was very disappopinting

The lobby was beautiful, but our room was disappointing. Door to the balcony was falling off the hinges, the carpet was dirty & bathroom was very small. With that said, this is a very old hotel in which some might enjoy the history & originality of the rooms. I will say that the staff were all fantastic & our dinner at Restaurant Revolution was incredible! One of the best meals I’ve ever eaten!

Everyone who worked at the hotel were very pleasant and friendly. The rooms were very clean and the bed was comfortable. The inside of the lobby was so beautiful and the courtyard as well. Also tried one of the restaurants on site the Desire Oyster Bar and it was wonderful from the workers to the food provided best oysters and hurricane drink! Would definitely come back!

Would never stay there again nor would I recommend anyone to stay there. The staff lack customer service skills ESPECIALLY the front desk staff. Be prepared to be charged additional fees at the check in and upon checking out with no explanation other than “ you have to contact the finance department “ as per the manager. Still waiting for a response over a month later

The location is very convenient. The biggest concern was the service daily in the hotel room. The only thing that got cleaned was the bed made. One day the trash bag was left on the counter where the tv is. Also left their cleaning rag sitting out on the closet door. Over a one week stay the room was never vacuumed, sheets were not changed, and furniture was not wiped down. Coffee grounds sat there for days until we realized they were not going to wipe anything down. Disappointed.
