The hotel was clean and the location was great but the beds were very uncomfortable, all the restaurants were closed and the staff was rude! We chose this hotel because they had a rooftop lounge and a few restaurants on site. We went to New Orleans for the sugar bowl which was on New Year’s Day. So our plan was to spend New Years Eve (also my birthday) at the hotel’s rooftop lounge. We didn’t want to deal with the chaos of Bourbon St but did want to celebrate. So the hotel felt like a perfect solution. A few hours before check in I received an email informing me all the hotel’s restaurants and bars were closed. Upon check in I asked when the restaurants would reopen - they’ve been closed since February 2025 due to new ownership. Had we known they were closed we would have chosen a different hotel. They also charged a $12 daily “amenities fee” which was for the gym (we didn’t use) and 2 bottles of water per day. On day two we stopped by the front desk for our daily water and were told it was in the room (room service was by request only) so of course we got to our room and there was no water. We called the front desk and were told we needed to stop by the front desk to pick it up. When we told them we were just there asking for it we were actually yelled at for caring about 2 bottles of water! We didn’t care about the water we cared about getting something for $12 dollars a day!

Solid stay and a great price. No breakfast but LUX cafe down the street has an amazing crawfish biscuit and two chicks cafe. East walk to bourbon and the stadium.

Check in was 4 pm but we weren’t able to check in until 4:30 after waiting in line behind people who had waited an hour. Staff was courteous about it but hotel management dropped the ball on getting housekeeping done to get rooms ready in time for check in. It was a great location for being able to walk to Superdome. There was a large crack in the bathroom sink that looked like it held mildew and water pressure on the sink was very low. No restaurant or bar on site. Thankfully walking distance to nearby restaurants.

I feel I was over charged for a hotel with ZERO amenities. It should be very clear that this hotel is no longer a Hilton hotel and customers should not stay expecting Hilton service and amenities. The parking was full when we arrived and ZERO help was given to assist us in finding parking. I would never stay here again. Lastly, your charged a resort fee (nightly) and there are NO AMENITIES to make a resort fee necessary or worth it.
