The staff was pleasant, the hotel itself in the hallways was like an icebox. It felt like they had no heat on at all. So going from the pool back to your room was the worst feeling ever. There was a hole broken into the pool floor, so there was ceramic inside of the the pool all over the floor. The room itself was all right however, the cleaning staff could do a little better of a job and wallpaper was peeling off the walls in the bathroom.

The staff manger was rude and no help to the guest she didnt listen to our concerns. She just rambled it will fall off It doesnt fall off you have to call and dispute it They charged me more than my reservation amount and destination fee for two days There was a add charge for parking We didnt have a car we used pubic transportation and taxis They did do a manul credit still waiting for it to process plus they charge your card twice. Also if you want more towels because they didnt bring them on the 2nd day there is a fee. My advise is dont ask for anything you will be charged They have power coffee creamer and crappy coffee for guests. The excursions desk your suppose to get up to 15% off its cheaper to book with a 3rd party plus they want you to sit in a seminar for 90 mins they really push that it took about an hour to book an excursion as we declined the seminar several times

Worst hotel experience I've ever had. Toilet tank would not fill so nonstop noise that was not fixed after my initial complaint. After two more complaints over 24 hours changed rooms at midnight as a result. Thermostat was useless as the heat or cold kept going even when setting a temperature so at night the room went from freezing to a sauna. Combined with the cold temperature outside i became sick. The room cards never consistently worked. If in new orleans avoid this hotel
