We always stay at this hotel when traveling to New Orleans. It's a great location, and the staff is always friendly. The rooms could use a little updating, but it's still nice.

We really enjoyed the location of this hotel, it was within walking distance to plenty of great restaurants and attractions, which made exploring the area easy and convenient. The pool was also a highlight, especially for my little one, who loved having a fun place to play and unwind during downtime. Unfortunately, the condition of our room and the service left a lot to be desired. Upon arrival, we had to request new sheets immediately because the ones provided were stained. Even worse, the ceiling in our room was covered in what looked like old blood splatter. We reported it to staff on three separate occasions, but it was never cleaned during our stay. The most upsetting part, however, was the behavior of the male concierge. After we politely declined his invitation to attend a timeshare presentation, he actually chased us down the stairs in the lobby and berated me about my decision. I explained that we were on vacation and didn’t want to waste hours on what felt like a scam, yet afterward, he continued to glare at us every time we passed through the lobby. This made our entire stay uncomfortable and unwelcoming. While the location and pool were fantastic, the poor cleanliness and extremely unprofessional treatment from staff overshadowed what could have been an enjoyable stay.

Customer services was unprofessional, deposit info was lied apon check in, and no one was able to bring a refrigerator nor microwave to my room to store my food and beverages. The property is awesome but the costumer service was below my expectations. I waited almost 20 minutes to valet my car apon check in. Security was the only ones who eas keeps it professional.

The air conditioning wasn’t working, so it had to be replaced. This delayed us from going out to eat and getting settled in. After the maintenance worker installed the replacement unit and it didn’t work, he reinstalled the old one, but it began making a loud squealing noise. When I asked about it, he said it was probably the fan. I thought the noise might stop while we were out, but when we returned, I could hear it before even opening the door. I recorded the sound and went to the front desk, and they ended up transferring us to another room.
