Very Clean room. Water refill station with options for infused waters, (flavored, vitamins etc) was great for staying hydrated. Front staff extremely attentive and helped with arranging early 3am taxi for airport.

The stay was fine. Staff was nice, room was clean. Charges were significantly higher than what was listed on Expedia though. I understand the valet charge but there was a lot more. Room was listed on website for $125 a night. After valet and other charged it was more than $200 per night.

This Wyndham location is located in the French Quarter just a block away from Bourbon Street. The staff are friendly. The rooms are nice. Would definitely stay here again.

The room was smaller than I anticipated and have experienced with other Wyndham hotels, but it worked for my needs. Three family members had to share a room due to a last minute exit from another family member so the room I initially requested was only for 2 people but still smaller than what I am accustomed to with Wyndham. Mychal at the desk was wonderful and patient, the Valet staff were courteous as well. Ariel at the Concierge desk was absolutely wonderful and full of information. The location was exactly what we needed as first time tourists as it was conveniently located to EVERYTHING we wanted and/or needed. We were housed on the 18th floor which required the use of our room cards to gain access to which was cute. On the 2nd day we had ventured out tot he streets and returned after 3:30 and our room had NOT been cleaned, I called the desk to inform of such and they were there within 5 minutes. I do not agree that she should have been cleaning the room while we were in it and we had just returned from being gone all day and had to leave all over again for her to clean, and she seemed unhappy as a result of being reported as she was not pleasant towards us. Overall, I would definitely stay here again should I ever return.

My family and I recently stayed at this hotel and while there were some positives, my experience was marred by cleanliness and service issues. Firstly, the room itself was not clean. I found hair in the bathtub and stains on the floor, which really detracted from the overall comfort of my stay. Additionally, I requested a late check-out, but was informed by the attendant that this wasn’t an option on weekends. It was frustrating to learn that my sister, who booked a separate room, was able to secure a late check-out for an extra $35 by asking a different staff member. This inconsistency in service is disappointing. Furthermore, our experience at the restaurant next door was far from pleasant. The service was lacking, with a rude and dismissive waitress. Despite our party consisting of three rooms, she only accepted one coupon for the $15 discount, saying it didn't matter how many rooms we had rented. Overall, while the hotel had potential, the cleanliness issues and poor service left a negative impression. I hope they can address these concerns for future guests.
