Very nice, staff was great, although the rooms were a little dated, not a big deal to us. Close to EVERYTHING, rooms were spacious and well kept. I’d recommend this hotel, we had a fun time and the staff was extremely nice and helpful

The Hotel is in the French Quarter so noise around the entrance is to be expected, and the rooms are getting a little tired. The service on the other hand is excellent! The employees at the desk, room service and door were helpful and just all around wonderfully nice! Would recommend a stay here.

It’s convenient and walkable to restaurants and music venues. Check in was quick and efficient. Room was bit dated but large and clean. Small but efficient workout space. Was able to leave luggage and explore more before departure. Friendly staff.

The rooms are basic, but it was a great area to be in if you want to stay in the French Quarter. Good restaurants and bars just steps away from the entrance. Nice staff members and would stay there again.

Definitely NOLA!

Surprised to find a good price considering it was during jazz fest. We didnt come for jazz fest..just happened to be coming thru on a longer road trip. Hotel is in a perfect location to enjoy the quarter/CBD. Staff are friendly! Even though we were on the 17th floor, we could still hear street party music most of the night so don’t stay unless you want to enjoy all that comes with NOLA! :-)

I stayed here for 3 nights with friends. I was worried about street noise being so close to Canal street, but we were on the 18th floor so it was very quiet. We also never heard noise next door or in the hallway. The room and hotel are very clean and we felt safe, even when walking back after midnight from Bourbon St. very convenient location with a CVS on the corner to grab quick drinks or snacks. Also, the staff were all very friendly and helpful. I would stay here again

The location of the hotel is great, it was clean, and everyone was polite. The only reason I gave the hotel 2 stars is because we had a death in the family the second day of our stay. Unfortunately, we had to leave early and fly back home. When we checked out and explained our situation, the person at the front desk said that we need to contact Expedia for a refund. I contacted Expedia, who then had to contact the hotel, and were told that the hotel will not issue a refund. I am just upset that we did not plan for someone to die in our family and have to leave the very next day of our vacation. The airline we used graciously changed our flight without charging us, but this hotel won't issue us a refund for the days we did not stay at the hotel. It is just sad that a company would take advantage of someone's tragedy.
