Very few electrical outlets. Very small rooms. Beds were comfortable. Kind of a janky air conditioning unit in the window, with a power strip hanging from it to connect to the outlet. The employees were all quite good - great housekeeping, helpful maintenance guy, lovely server in the bar, nice to have doormen. The bagel place next door is fabulous, but the line is unbelievable Order online and early! Great location for subway, Central Park, mall across street, CVS and Walgreens one block away. Relatively quiet in the rooms.

Staff were friendly, but it's clear thos hotel is short staffed. Fresh towels will take quite a while. The hotel felt like it had seen better days. The art in our room was taped together, the overhead light shade was torn. Our tv remote didnt function properly. The hotel is serviceable, but I would not stay again.

The room is small but it was great for a quick overnight business trip. You can’t beat the location, it’s walking distance to a lot of must-see places in New York but quiet enough to get some rest.

The room is very small with a wardrobe, not a closet. Not much room to put things away ,if you are staying for more and a couple of days. Bathroom has no space for toiletries. The window with the view of the park, is a fake. Not possible to see from any window. There is an additional tax of $30 per day for the use of the electricity etc. The staff was EXCEPTIONAL So friendly and helpful. The location was convenient for our needs.
