Trendy spot, I recommend.

Took my son for his 25th Birthday. Location was perfect with subway a block away and shopping right around the hotel. Had an excellent view of the Empire State Building. Lounge was cozy and a popular spot for even people not staying at the hotel. The soap in the bathroom smelled fantastic. Tip, the the water run in the shower to warm up.

A room with a view!

Our room was spectacular. It was small, but we didn't expect a big room- it's NYC - there's not a whole lot of space! The view, however, made our room feel gigantic. We felt like we were on top of the world!

Shower was clogged despite being asked to have it fixed. Room was messy with bugs in the bed on two separate occasions. Cleaning service came at 5PM?

Disappointing experience overall. Room was dirty with facilities not working. Bed had bugs in it, which ruined the experience. Hotel lobby is a good vibe, but this did not translate to the room.

Dust dust dust! Like just clean the room

The room was filthy and I was too tired to say something. The dust was disgusting like dust the sliding door Needed to call at 8 am for a bath stop for the drain took 1/2 to get to me and I had to leave for my appointment. Last time I will stay at the ace as it's been my go to throughout the yrs

Fantastic stay at the ACE, and a particular thank you to Freddy for his impeccable personal customer service. Excellent room, spacious and fun. Plus the best cup of coffee in New York in the hotel lobby cafe. Will absolutely be coming back again for my next city stay.

The room is very, very tight but clean. Idk what the black box with blue screen was on the desk but it lit up the room all night!! There was no way to figure out turning on/off lamp.
