The location was A+, room was cleaned everyday with fresh towels and sheets and blankets. They did not offer a fridge nor microwave in the bedroom. I would rate them as an A- hotel. The good thing is that everything was walking distance, perfect!!!!!

When I called in to pay for an earlier check in time and the created a second stay. Also the room that was given wasn’t enough for 3 to have to pay extra for that is wild. Positives the bathroom wasn’t to bad besides the stains on the bottom of the toilet. Also the hotel location was great and easy to get around to everything.

I have stayed in four best western before this one....the staff were lovely and very obliging...breakfast was mainly pastries..yogurt...fruit..we asked for a cup of tea...only to be given a tea latte....minus the coffee... The bedroom was lovely at first glance...two double beds.bathroom and a full length window facing the road...but then we noticed there was no bottled water..only two decaf tea bags..two decaf coffee and one other coffee bag..sachets of powdered milk..the bins were only emptied every 3days...the room vacuumed only once..i had to ask for toilet paper!
