The hotel is bare minimum. The ladies at the desk were great. However, the actual room was lacking. Beds are platform and extremely low to the ground. Beds are not comfortable and behind the pillow area of bed it was not clean. In addition to that, the walls are extremely thin. I heard the entire conversation of the room next to me. I heard every cough, sneeze etc. The room I stayed was over a club and it was loud all night. it was just not comfortable at all. There was noise to the right of me and left of me in addition to the club and it went all through the night.

Great Hotel!

My stay was amazing! Check in was easy, and the hotel staff was very friendly. They greeted me every time I returned to the hotel. The room was cleaned every morning and they even used my little blanket I brought with me to make the bed with and I thought that was the sweetest thing lol. I will definitely be booking with Truss again for my next NYC adventure!!

This hotel met all of our family's needs during a recent trip to NYC. It is in a nice location proximal to Times Square, Theater District, and 42nd Street subway terminal. It was quieter than expected! The bathroom was in need of some updates. Overall, it was a nice find.

Definitely recommend

The staff was amazing, we had a early morning flight checked our bags allowed us to use the restrooms to freshen up. staff recommended the Tick Tock Diner food was good within walking distance, once a room was available for early check in they called to let us know which was a BIG plus. The rooms were a decent size everything was clean and the over all hotel was quiet. I would definitely stay again you are literally walking distance to everything in the time square area.

I liked that the Truss Hotel Times Square was in a convenient location amd easy to walk to different attractions. I didnt like that inwas asked for a deposit when a deposit wasnt mentioned when I selected. If a deposit was required, then it should've been made known by Expedia.
