This hotel is a hidden gem. Although the hotel is not spacious, the the architecture and design of both the common spaces and rooms are aesthetically pleasing. There is a strong service orientation and genuine camaraderie among the staff that was evident. They looked for ways to make our time there, pleasurable, easing our way whenever they could.

Close to Time Square and quality restaurants. Easy walking distance to Rockefeller Center. Hotel rooms are small but extremely clean. Perfect and we will be back.

The elevators are awful and the staff in the breakfast area could use some massive attitude adjustments but otherwise it is a decent place to stay if you need somewhere to crash. This is not a hang out hotel, it is to sleep.

There were bugs in our room that bit us multiple times overnight. The automatic blinds would just go up at 8am every day and when we asked reception to turn this off, they sent an engineer up who ended up changing the setting so the blinds went up at 5am instead. The staff didn’t care when we explained the problem. Avoid this hotel.
