Broadway hotel lives up to the hype.

I had an excellent stay at the Civilian Hotel! The staff went above and beyond to ensure a wonderful experience. They knew my name and were always around for questions and recommendations. The area is great too because it’s right near time square but also quiet. Will definitely be staying here again!

Amazing staff, localisation in the city is perfect, walking distance of subway and even central park, 5 min from time Square, but the street is quiet Overall I had an amazing stay for my 1st trip to NYC. Will definitely pick it up again the day I come back

Nice property, small, well appointed rooms. One downside was the lack of fridge in the room. We had some food & drinks that we wanted to store and we a little disappointed by that.
