Everyone on staff was warm and welcoming. The room was tiny but clean and comfortable. Close to broadway, tons of dining options, and the C/E lines. Would absolutely stay here again.

I cannot say enough about the person at the hotel who we called @4 pm day of arrival to let them know we had an emergency and had to fly home early. Even though we just wanted them to they told us they were thankful we called and would not charge us for the room!! Will definitely book there again!!know they could sell the room

If you want to be in proximity to Times Square, but at the same time not deal with the full craziness of the area, you can't beat this location. The rooms are small but smartly laid out, and the hotel in generally has a very calm vibe. My only issue - and hopefully this was just a real unlucky coincidence - is that the fire alarm went off twice in three days. The first time was just after 3AM, and the second was around 8:30 AM the following day.

The staff were helpful and friendly. The rooms were small but perfect for one person, super clean and mine had a spectacular view of the city. Free coffee and tea was a nice touch and rare in NY. Lots of great broadway photos and paraphernalia to enjoy too! This will be my go-to place to stay in Midtown.

This place is a gem and I don’t want to give it away! The whole vibe was so cool. From the lobby to the room, it felt like we were back in the 40’s. The room was tiny (my fault for not reading the sq footage) but we made do. It was clean, quiet, good amenities and staff was very friendly and accommodating. Great location for sightseeing as it was a short walk from parks, museums, theaters and shops.
