The staff are absolutely outstanding. They really made our stay a wonderful experience. So nice, friendly, and seemed to anticipate exactly what we needed. They made us feel so welcome and comfortable. The room was very clean and comfortable. Location is within walking distance of fabulous restaurants and museums.

The location was good with respect to subway access. Room was nice, but wall between next room not soundproof. Window blinds old and hard to get up and down. Glad we did not pay for breakfast each day. Really limited for what would have been the cost.

This was the most roomy hotel room we have stayed in NYC. Most of the hotel rooms feel like a closet, but this one was large enough to fit 5 people comfortably. It was newly renovated and very clean and quiet. My only suggestion is to put up another mirror or two in the main area so that everyone doesn’t need to crowd in the bathroom when getting ready (I have 3 teenage daughters!!).

Hotel was charming, quiet and well-equipped. Bed was comfortable. Room was large. We did not need the pull-out sofa, but it would have worked well with 4 people total, instead of just us 2. Immaculately clean. Just one small thing, there were no slide strips or rubber mat in tub. The grab bar was only at the step-in entrance of the shower/tub, and it needed a grab bar in the middle of the shower/wall to make movement, washing and rinsing more comfortable, not slippery. We were only there one night, but it would have been very annoying if it was more nights. Will probably stay there again, as it's near our family.

Right across from the subway entrance, a Starbucks, and next to a Walgreens. Down the street, McD’s, Subway, Panda, CVS. Blocks away from Rockefeller Center. A block away from police and fire, felt safe the whole time. The property was modern and clean. We used the microwave in the lobby, our room had a fridge. Normal room size and not NY size, bed was comfortable and room was quiet! Definitely want to stay here again on the next trip.
