Great midtown location, amazing front desk

The Crowne plaza HY36 is in a great location in midtown NYC. Yoni at the front desk was polite and very helpful. I booked this hotel for a girls getaway weekend but when plans changed due to flight cancellations, Yoni and the Crowne Plaza staff were very accommodating. Thanks a lot again; it was much appreciated.

We have stayed here numerous times and enjoy returning when possible. In our most recent trip, we returned back to the hotel late and front desk was able to get us 2 wine glasses for the room. We appreciated this as we don’t want to drink wine out of plastic cups. Also, I arrived at 2:30pm, and had a quick & easy check-in with our room available. Thank you Crowne Plaza.

No power in the room after turning lights off at night. Reported to the engineering team, but they could not fix it. No water in the room, everyone needs to get to the level 6 and get into the gym to refill your water bottle, unless you are willing to pay $4 per bottle at the front desk. Location is great tho.

Our stay here was wonderful. The staff is so kind and quick to accommodate any of your needs. We had an early flight come in at 8am but were able to get our room right away! The location is also great, 5 minute walk to the subway making it easy to get to uptown or downtown. 10/10, no complaints!
