I must say this hotel exceeded my expectations, because there was not many videos of this place, people said not so many good things, but my experience was totally worth it.. The area was firstly so convenient, safe and easily accessible for the train which is about 2 mins walk.. Staff was so humble and friendly. Lots of convenient places to eat, tmobile not too far way to get data etc. Stores like Marshalls, Burlington, Five Below etc not far away. You can walk to Central park which is not too far away. Definitely will be showing up here again in the near future.

The location is excellent. The hotel rooms are adequate, but nothing special. The bed was comfortable. The hot water on the 12th floor was nonexistent. The price for one night was ridiculous. Anywhere else you would pay $150-$200. For $400/night it is ridiculous.

The room appeared to be in old condition. Paint peeling off the walls in areas, the bed was comfortable, pretty small room for the price. No fridge to place left overs in from local restaurant meals .

The facilities are terrible. Take for example: The beds are collapsed. The bathroom ventilator does not work. The toilet paper holder can not hold the paper roll. All in all, very bad experience, especially considering such a high price.

Decent accommodations in a good location. I parked a couple blocks away in a garage. I had some minor plumbing trouble in my room but someone came to fix it within a few minutes. I would stay here again.
