Luggage guy stood out as providing great service. Rooftop bar was really nice. Rooms a bit tired and the girl we dealt with on reception seemed a bit disinterested, but overall ok.

The everyday Room cleaning was awful , glasses that were used were not taken , trash was left, towels were literally rags, towels just not picked up after being called and reminded. People were literally leaving used towels outside rooms so they could be collected . The bathrooms were not cleaned . Twl of the four lifts would be reserved for rooftop entry so they not work on some days so the queues were awfully long . Smell in the lobby due to the store next door. The lobby was filled with people at all times either waiting to take the elevator or talk to the front desk . Overall pathetic experience , not what’s expected from this Chain.

Amazing stay! We had a good sleep, beds and pillows were pretty comfy. Clean bathroom. It was just few blocks away from Times Square and to other places we wanted to visit....free yummy cookies and bottled water on our 1st and last day...we stayed 3 nights so they gave us complimentary breakfast for 1 day. The only thing I find inconvenient is there was no microwave in the room. Overall, I highly recommend this place.

I wish the bed was as nice as the service

Ive stayed in plenty of Doubletree Hotels but my bed was by far the worst hotel bed yet. It was lumpy and had an uncomfortable dip. My back was not happy

The room was tiny and in need of a re-do. The rug was shredding at the bathroom entry, the faucet was loose on the sink. It was "cluttered" before we even got to unpack. I definitely DO NOT recommend the rooftop bar. There was very limited seating and it was HOT. The staff at the bar was not very friendly. The location is decent but I won't stay here again. I am a Hilton Honors member but booked thru Expedia because it was a deal. Luckily it was just a 1 nite stay. Glad to be home.

Property is good, but rooms are way too much tiny. Good for 1-2 day stay. Rooms lakes amenities like microwave, fridge. For Us AC was not working, technician fixed it at 2 in the night. Note: everytime very very long queue to use elevator going in/out of the hotel.
