All the staff were kind and helpful. Mia took extra care of my needs. I lost my mother and was there for healing my heart. She was great. All the staff were great!! Perfect location and I loved it being a simple repurposed building!!!!! They did a great job turning something old into something awesome! I loved it. Thank you all.

Checked in, the TV in my room did not work. Maintenance came with no success in fixing the TV. Spoke with front desk to ask if it was possible to move to another room, I was told if I packed up immediately it may be possible, if not you can stay in same room without tv access

First the staff made me feel welcomed and they decorated my room for my birthday so amazingly. I didn’t want to even sleep on the bed lol. The room service was so good and affordable. The options that I’ve been wanting to do for long and the service was amazing as well. I would definitely book again. It’s literally close to Times Square .

Staff was great and made the stay excellent for us

Check in was awesome. Cookies! When we checked in our front desk person thanked us for being Hilton Honors members and took time to give us recommendations for places to eat, made sure we received our Hilton Honors points and gave us extra bottles of water. The housekeeping staff was very friendly and the rooms were cleaned and serviced daily. We had a lightbulb out and housekeeping immediately contacted maintenance who came right up and changed it out. The concierge set us up for our trip back to LaGuardia for the day we left and made sure we had our instructions and receipt. They came and found us in the lobby when our driver arrived. Carlos helped us store our luggage the morning we left, so we could go out into the city until we needed to be back that afternoon. Everyone was so friendly and offered cookies multiple times, always asking first if we had any nut allergies. The location was close to a lot of restaurants and easy to access for ride shares and taxis. The rooftop bar looked lovely with great views from the photos, although we never made it up there. I would go back and would definitely recommend the hotel. It was also a good value.
