Small rooms, only 4 elevators serving 36 floors and each floor has 18 rooms… took ages for the lifts to come. No slippers provided in bedrooms, no fridge, location was good, with metro station entrance not too far. 10 mins walk from times square.

Our first room had some yellow liquid on the floor. The facility overall has seen better days but the staff was terrific, the food was good, the bed and towels were fine. Special shout out to Melanie, the African American woman she works with and Jose in the restaurant.

The elevators weren’t working, waited 40 min trying to go up to my room, missed my ride and my reservations. Then the day I was leaving I waited 20 min to go down to check out and missed my ride to the train station. The tv didn’t work, there was no hot water in the shower. I will never stay here again

Hotel was good, however the first night there was a loud drilling noise coming from the room opposite us at 9pm. Me and my son were unable to sleep because of it. I phoned reception to complain but the lady didn’t appear to be interested, and hung up on me once. Most of the staff were great but one in particular was moody.
