We booked a double double room and we were only 2 - the wardrobe was so small we had to hang clothes on the window ledge. 7th Floor room 706 and the view was of a brick wall could not see any views of NY and paid £2400 for 5 nights - value for money certainly NOT

We had problems with the shower bathroom got flooded and part of the room got flooded as well. Made never made it to our room to clean it.

Room was really, really small and cramped but clean. Location was close to Penn Station so transportation was easy, and Times Square was only a 10ish minute walk. Overall good stay and location if you don’t mind really close quarters.
