To start with the rooms are extremely small, which is not displayed in the booking. Also, while booking, it was mentioned that the hotel could provide rollaway beds at a cost. However, when asked, I was told that they didn’t have any. In general, I was expecting more from a Sheraton branded hotel and from Marriott Bonvoy.

The window in my room was open the first night. I had to blast the heat not know an open window was even possible. There was no phone near elevator on my floor. I got locked out of my room and could not call front desk. Hotel did not compensate me.
