It was an ok stay, it could've been better

The thermostat in the room was old and didn't work. They tried to fix but it was to old. There was a red finger print on the bathroom door when we checked in. The ice machine didn't work after a certain time.

Location can’t be beat. Hotel has its quirks like 2 elevators for 19 floors (can take awhile to get one during peak times.) The staff was so friendly and helpful at all times.

Really great location on 31st stree, right by Penn station and the Empire State Building. The room was dated but clean, reception were helpful. The breakfast was pretty standard but only paper plates and plastic cutlery were available which was a big ick! Overall it was nice enough, just what we needed but not impressed by the breakfast utensils!
