I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at this hotel has been incredibly frustrating. For two days in a row, our room was not cleaned — no housekeeping, no fresh towels, nothing. When I brought it to the attention of the front desk, I was met with a completely indifferent response. I mentioned that our room hadn’t been cleaned the day before, and all I got was a dismissive, “Oh, give them time. It’s done every day before 5 PM.” Well, that didn’t happen. Again. No one ever came to clean the room. We waited, gave them time, and still nothing. It’s incredibly disappointing to be treated like your concerns don’t matter, especially when you’re paying for a service that just isn’t being delivered. I understand that things can get busy, but a little accountability and genuine customer service would go a long way. Unfortunately, we won’t be staying here again.

Stay was ok. Tried to do early check in and they didn't have anything available. Waited unless check in time at 3 pm and they still didn't have a room available. Asked for a copy of the receipt for the stay and front desk said they would email it to me. They never sent it and after check out there was an additional fee of some sort. Since I don't have a copy of the receipt I have no idea what it is for.

this hotel is in such a great location, and the reason why we chose to stay here. it's close to korea town for great restaurants. the rooms were spacious enough and clean. the staff were friendly and very helpful-- i had to last minute cancel then re-book my room, and they were so understanding and made it work.

The hotel is quite old.. though the staff and service have tried to maintain cleanliness. The road behind my room’s window was bit busy so could hear some honking.. The room size was very small. Stayed for 2 night.. Very close to 34 penn.
