I stayed here for three nights as a solo woman traveller. Incredibly comfortable beds, clean, and good customer service. The location was very convenient and it was very easy to get around everywhere. I felt very safe and had a great stay. Breakfast included was a bonus and although it was busy, there was always somewhere to sit. My only criticism is all the plastic waste with cutlery and plates. But would recommend, excellent value and if I make it back to NYC, I will absolutely book here again.

All reviews are based on price I thought hotel was clean rooms quite large breakfast was ok plenty to eat and fresh, staff very polite and helpful shower powerful hot and roomy facilities in room very good the only thing missing was a mini fridge apart from that excellent stay would definately stay again location brilliant if your using AirTrain as your airport transfer

The staff was terrific. Went out their way to inform and provide services. There were snacks in the room every evening. Breakfast had a lot of choices. Many choices changed by day. The downsides were:(1) the heat regulation was uneven. The window was cool, while the entranc e was hot. (2) Some nyc is ‘the city that doesn’t sleep’, we were often awakened in late at night. And, the hotel suffers from many of the greater NYC problems homeless near the hotel, pot Smokers,’and litter by the entrance. But all tolled. It was convenient, clean, great staff, and close to the things we wanted to see

It was great, the only incovenience was with the air condition on the last day didn't function. The breakfast was good, the staff were excellent and the hotel has great location.
