Great staff and service. This is a "basic" hotel. AC/Heater needed to be turned off for the night - pretty loud. If your neighbor is taking a shower in the next room. You'd have to wait for your turn for hot water... Not sure how common this issue is. Wall noise isolation is minimum.

Great Choice!!

My family had a wonderful stay at the Hampton Inn Manhattan Grand Central. The staff was very friendly and helpful, breakfast offered many different choices and we really appreciated the front desk holding our luggage after we checked out!

Great place to stay if you will be out and about all day in the city. Breakfast is always a perk! Only thing that would need to be adjusted is the heater in the hall ways. As you are waiting for the elevator you are cooking underneath all the layers of clothing you are wearing.
