generally just fine. one of the three days I was there my room wasn't serviced by the maids and when called to the attention of the front desk the answer was to run some towels up. on the last night the fire alarm went off around midnight, we were all huddled on the street for a few minutes, and when permitted to return to the building there was no explanation or apology for what appears to have been a false alarm.

Great Stay in Brooklyn

I loved that the people at the desk remembered me from past stays. The location is great with lots of very good restaurants within walking distance. Love being close to Prospect Park. Front desk is very helpful.
